24 hours is crucial for my schedule, it's a bit out of the way for me but changing my schedule to do laundry is more inconvenient. No attendant but a couple security officers came through and locked the restroom around 10pm (give or take an hour) which I imagine helps. Just know to go before you go if it's late night. Broken washing machine door...locked my laundry in.....no response when called numbers listed....loss of laundry imminent can't stay here all night long The next morning was easy and safe to return .....washer was fixed and even gave me money to pay for the inconvenience Overall was impressed and did not lose my laundry........really happy now.... I never need to use a laundry mat but a random piece ended up in the bottom of my washer so - here we are! This is the only mat for another few miles north (I'm in happy valley) and pictures didn't look too bad so I gave it a shot. Not sure if I'm out of the "loop" on what to expect, but I was not very comfortable there. Didn't feel clean or super safe. There are teeth on the folding table. Teeth. You know....Chomp chomp? I'm not quite sure what to do. There are no employees and it feels socially inappropriate and offensive to ask whether someone is missing their two front teeth. Oh.... and there are these two guys that have totally taken over the center folding table with their wares.... secondhand books, action figures, shoes.... perhaps a pop-up shop? I come to this laundromat often to wash large items or ones in bulk loads like my sheets, curtains, and comforters during the winter. They have reasonable prices for the larger machines which I like since that is what I take advantage of. I feel like space is cramped every time I am here though. It might just be because it is the weekend and a few more people than usual but there should still be more counter space for you to be able to fold your laundry once it is done. This laundromat definitely does a way better job than my home washing machine because it is larger. I usually stay here and play on my phone while I wait for my laundry but there is a huge TV here that you can watch to keep yourself busy which is also a huge plus. read more

I haven't even gone inside yet.... And I'm already off-my-rocker thankful for the presence of a security guard!!!!!! After having just drove here.... from the other 24-hour coin laundry in Portland called Alpine...... at nearly 100mph.... on purpose.... trying to ditch the CLINGON I picked up from the Alpine parking lot ....clearly he had been predator-ing from his car in the parking lot .....as soon as I went in to look at equipment..... he reparked his car next to mine where his driver door was INCHES from my driver door....like I nearly had to hold my breath, suck in my stomach and squinch up my butt cheeks just to get into my car.... that's how close he parked!!! He seriously wanted to be noticed!!!! As soon as I put my car in gear.....and took off.....he was on my ass like flies on shit!!!!!....and at this point..... I was seriously contemplating complete & total disregard for ALL TRAFFIC REGULATION DEVICES!!!!! HOW FREAKING SCARY!! I would speed up ....I put cars between us, I would slow down so he was forced to pass me up..... I would watch him pull off the road.... let me pass him ... like he was going to turn back the other way...... then at the last minute. .... he pulls out and and hauls ass till he catches up to me....... then rides my ass for miles.......OMG!!!! Very clean, nice bathrooms, machines are fast, and I've had a great experience doing laundry here. The only issue I had was resolved fast and without hassle. It's bright and spacious which I appreciate because the last laundromat I went to felt like those of us waiting for our washing were stacked on top of each other. There is a really good amount of machines. The giant washing machines (which I came for) cost $5.00 a load and take card. Coins are a necessity for the dryers and the smaller washers but they have machines here. Someone else mentioned a small box TV? There is a large flat screen here with pretty good audio. I came here to wash a king size comforter that's too big for our washer at home. One of the things I don't appreciate is the lack of giant front load washers. There are only 7 of them while there's 24 regular top load washers. If customers start their laundry and leave we are left waiting for a machine longer than necessary because they haven't returned by the time it's done. I wouldn't mind so much but when one machine is already out of order then that's even more waiting time on top of it. I don't know how much other laundromats cost to start a wash but here it's $6.75 for a mega load (4 machines), $4.75 for a giant load, or $2.00 for a regular (top load). To dry, 25¢ equals 5 min or 8 min depending on what size dryer you pick (30lb vs 45lb). To use a front load washer it seems steep but then again I don't go to laundromats often (this is twice now in my lifetime). Maybe it's just the same elsewhere. There's a vending machine with soap, bleach & softeners but if you can bring your own, do, otherwise it's another $1 for each item. I'm reading a lot about how clean this place is. How filthy do laundromats get? It's not spectacularly clean here but it's not terribly dirty either. Floors are kept clear of trash and the machines for the most part appear clean. There are a couple vending machines filled with drinks and snacks. There's one box TV that you basically need to stand next to to hear it but if you do, you're in the way of others doing laundry. A change machine and ATM are also readily available inside. I like this location overall, right across from Clackamas Nordstrom parking lot, and because the machines do a very good job of cleaning and drying our comforter thoroughly I will continue to use this facility as needed. read more

Super rude attendant or owner not sure which. Dryers were not working and ask the lady on duty to help and she was rude and stated There was nothing wrong with her dryers even though everything in their head out of order signs on it. She was standing there right as I put in my money in and made it seem like I was trying to rip her off. Spent a bunch of money to leave with wet clothes.Also she doesn't let customers use the bathroom and apparently is only for her even though it says it's a public restroom. I needed some big blankets and Comforters washed and knew about this place for years..always wondered when I passed it on my bus to and from work..I was amazed for such nice staff and so clean and welcoming..I live in a apartment with a on site Landry room..it's always dirty and busy..but I will go back here again and again..thanks for a nice Experience!! read more

Not sure how this place got such good reviews. I was here today, granted it was a Saturday so maybe it was more busy than normal however the place was pretty dirty. There was also someone camped out sleeping in front of several of the machines with a sleeping bag and stuff which further limited the amount of machines available for use. The sleeping person was not using the machines he was blocking. There was also a super creepy guy who asked the girl next to me for sexual favors while she was trying to fold her laundry. Poor thing got really freaked out and I was too. There was no staff here so creepy guy and camped out sleeping guy stayed. I don't think I would return. It's a room with laundry machines. Both washer and dryer. I had certain expectations when coming here and I was not disappointed. Don't have any unreasonable expectations there will be no beer or foot rubs. But you can clean you cloths in the same machines someone cleaned dog shit off their blankets in. 10/10 would like to never have to go again. But if I do, this place has my heart. read more

I'm filing a Better Business Bureau complaint today regarding this laundromat and if that gets nowhere then the attorney general of Oregon is my next step. The washing machine as you walk in, first to the left, it's silver, kept filling up with quarters and the digital number did not go down when we deposited the money for a wash. The reject lever never worked. We left a note in their "Suggestions box" on Tuesday 7-18-17, no phone number to call was anywhere in the building. Today is Monday 7-24-17 and we've heard nothing back. It makes me wonder how many others have lost money in these machines and this company ignores notes that are left and then launders the money and makes even more of an income. My friend has been blind since 1955 and I was there putting the money into the machine for her. I'm disgusted with this company. read more
