The app is confusing for people to use. The signs they have up for the app are useless so other patrons come desperately asking anyone else who might have figured out the magic way how to use these silly machines. Everything was hung and bagged a bit nicer than other cleaners I've been. The owners were very nice to talk with and I got the feeling that they take pride in what they do. The most pleasant surprise was my headphones. I had checked the pockets on my wife's coats before bringing them in but had left a pair of headphones in the pocket of my jacket. Had they been ruined in the cleaning process it would have been completely my fault, but when I picked everything up, they were coiled and put clipped to the hanger with my coat. Little things like this, the good attitude of the owners and the attention to detail definitely make this a place I'll be using again and again.

However, whoever tried to fix them, cut into the pockets and resewed the waistband into the pockets. Not a good look. I was visiting from out of town and I needed to find a laundromat to wash our clothes. I was…read morestaying about 10 min away from the airport and didn't have a rental car so I wanted something that was on the rail line and walking distance. Most of the laundromats near the airport had to get off the rail then transfer onto bus and finally some walking. I got so comfortable with the rail that I didn't want to make it complicated (come on, Portland's payment transit system is on point, comparing to Seattle's) My experience was fairly positive. I went around 10:45a on a Wednesday and it was dead as I was the only one there. Inside was fairly clean, no bad smells and price was fair. I opted for the larger washer and it costs $6.50 a wash. Dryer prices was $0.25 per 6 minutes. What threw me off was, you had to put the quarters in FIRST then press start (ie: 5 quarters for 30 min then press start). If you put quarters in once you start, time will not go up. I found that weird so I ended up losing 50 cents when I was trying to add time on my dryer. I'm not gonna dock a star for that because I had a very positive experience. Other than that, no issues, there was a Burgerville down the road, and Goodwill next door so I kept myself busy while waiting.
