Depending if they contact me back, I'll change my rating. Machine was on spin with the display of 7 minutes for I kid you not, 30 minutes. It basically came out dry and then when I took it out, the machine left black marks all over one of the main blankets and splotches on the other. I'm sad because 1 of the blankets was my mom's and I was hoping to return it to her clean and folded and now it's a blanket for our dog? The other machines were fine. Location is ideal and there's food carts to keep yourself entertained. The place is clean. But again, I'll change my rating depending on their communication on resolving this major issue. read more

Awful place. Broken machines that force you to pay twice or three times. Don't bother asking for a refund because spite having a form to request one they never pay you back. I've never seen an employee. The place has flooded multiple times with no response from management. I'm about to buy a washboard and clean my clothes like the Amish. read more

My dryer broke, so, Until I am able to get another one, I'm stuck with schlepping a ton of laundry to a local laundry mat. I live less than 5 minutes away from the Clean-o-rama. I didn't have a positive experience the first time I went here, because I lost a TON of money in broken machines, or machines that didn't operate correctly. It's been a few weeks, so I thought I would give this place another chance. Today, it was worse than two weeks ago! This is an adorable laundry: It's got a 50's vibe to it. There's plenty of seating, vending machines and a convenience store next door. There's also a small food cart attached with outdoor seating. While all of this is nice, it's just not worth it to go here. Why? Almost all of the dryers are broken, or they don't heat up enough...and I tried several of the, "working," dryers. This 2nd time at this laundry, I lost close to $10.00... In laundry-speak, that is almost 40 quarters. I left notes to the manager, asking for a return, but that was over a month ago... I'm not hopeful. I'll be driving the extra mile to Bridgetown from now, until I can afford a new dryer, and I hope the rest of the community does too. read more

Half the machines are broken and the ones that do work frequently work poorly. Some machines that aren't marked as broken still eat quarters and are indeed broken. They also use a digital pay system that only works on the washers. The working dryers still require quarters. This is like the twilight zone version of a laundromat where every step of attempting to do your laundry feels like a cruel joke. read more

I've been doing laundry her regularly since we started renting a house without a washer and dryer. I love that I can bring all my laundry including bulky bedding and get it done in a compact amount of time instead of being chained to the washer and dryer all day. This laundromat has double load washers up to 55 lb capacity front loading machines and two walls of dryers. Washing ranges from $2-$5.50 and the dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes with one super dryer at $0.25 for 5 minutes. Sometimes machines don't work, but there is a form on the office door you can complete and they mail a refund check for the funds you lost in the broken machine. My last visit had more down dryers than I've ever seen, but with the holidays, maybe maintenance is off schedule as well. All in all, it's a perfectly fine place to clean your clothes. Some times are busier than others but with hours from 7am-10pm, there is always a slower time of day. read more

We had a great experience doing laundry here. No complaints. Washers didn't leave my clothes feeling like some were clean and some weren't. Driers were fast and didn't get too hot on my medium setting. There was a lady who came in with wet clothes and waited for 40 minutes for one of the big driers when there were plenty of small ones open. Thank you for keeping us entertained! read more

C-store next door & Grocery Outlet around the corner, well-lit, front and top loading machines, several sized washers that are reasonably priced, comfy seating, laundry sink, TV and music, open 7am-10pm Cons: no restroom, huge puddle in the middle of the floor, machines not wiped down possibly ever (mold in my washer's window EW), dryers took foreverrrrrr, broken machines that are either advised by kindhearted fellow patrons or have a microscopic sign that you don't see until you've loaded it up with your laundry and soap (I did appreciate the sign was over the coin acceptor, but still), baskets are scarce. read more

I tried several, lost the detergent I'd put in. finally was able to find one that works. couldn't find help! they leave a sign at the office door to write your address to reclaim the lost money sent to you by mail. the laundromat is so trashed up, it the worst I've ever seen anywhere in the country, I am from out of state. many washers and driers don't work, few seats to seat and wait, and even those are uncomfortable, the whole place is sad! I won't become back!! my clothes were already wet so I had no choice but there's no way I'd be back! save yourself the pain and misery avoid this dump!! sad cause it could be much better and it's in a nice area! but the owners have really trashed it it seems! total dump! stay away!! no reasonable person uses this dump for their clothes. Place is a shithole. The guy doesn't care about the neighborhood or his business, at all and it shows! I've been in the brentwood Darlington neighborhood for many years and this guy has over time, let this place just go to hell. 20 machines currently out and have been for years. Always dirty and no one is ever there to help, clean, or fix anything! Ever! Sell the place to someone who cares. This yuppy just wants to take the community's money but doesn't give back or even fix his machines. Save your $. This place is a joke. :( the one star is not deserved. read more
