It was easy to make an appointment for the date and time I wanted. I needed a tire rotation. The check in fellow was very friendly. The whole staff were very nice. There is a small waiting area, which was nice because I had to wait for my car to be serviced. It just took under an hour. The great news is, the tire rotation was free! What business does this! I came here to get 1 tire replaced. I waited for 2 hours (which wasn't the issue) and I get my car back with a rip on the drivers steering wheel. I had a previous rip on the steering wheel but this new "tear" was 3x bigger than it was before I brought my car in. I bring my car into Toyota 3-4 per year with no issue. Yesterday morning I left the Stop and Shop parking lot and ran over a bolt. Luckily Town Fair Tire was there for me. Left rear tire needed to be replaced. I just purchased my first full set of new tires today at Town Fair Tire. I did a lot of calling around for pricing (I require 19" tires which aren't so common, I'm told). Town fair had the best selection and pricing to choose from, by a margin of hundreds of dollars. It was important for me to be able to make an appointment, as my schedule is dependent on catching a ferry back and forth to the vineyard. We did the pricing over the phone and I got an email confirmation of what i was buying for how much, and my scheduled appointment time. They even offered to take a bit more off the cost of the tires without me asking. When I got there, Anthony immediately was available to help me. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. It turned out that while my car was on the lift, they discovered an urgent repair. They could not perform the repair but they took pics of the issue and texted it to me, and gave me some nearby mechanic suggestions. They even offered to re-align me for free after I got the repairs performed elsewhere. My experience was great, despite the bad news about the needed repair. I am happy to say that this time around I visited the store in Falmouth and have only great things to say! Here are the highlights; 1. Really polite and professional staff members. 2. Quick services (went in for a tire plug after finding a screw in it) and was out in 45 minutes. 3. Reasonable prices (Only had to pay $4.20 to have my tire fixed). 4. Comfortable waiting area with WiFi. 5. Did I say amazing service? They event sent me a text after I left thanking me for my $4.20 visit. Don't waste your time at this place "literally". Got there for a 2:30 appointment had 2 clients in front of me and 4 guys behind the counter of which 2 didn't seem to know what they were doing and one just walking around doin nothin until a hot chick walks in or somebody he knows. So they finish with the two customers "very slowly" about 15 min. I'm next in Line and up to this point my presence hasn't even been acknowledged by good evening, a smile, we'll be right with you, nothing. Then 4 other customers out of which 3 am assuming had been there before and a hot girl arrived and all of them attended two mind you again with no regard for my presence or the fact that I've been there 30 min now. Finally I guess they decide shit he's not leaving let's deal with him? I was just there to get a screw plugged and the guy tells me that the tire is fried and that he won't plug it because I need a new one. We go back in the store and they don't have the factory installed tire for my 2018 sienna but he tells me that it's ok two replace it with other brands even though it won't match the rest of the set. I tell him no I want the same tire it had, he calls another location an hour away to let me know they have it and at some point the other guy on the line asks if he's talked pricing with me and he lets him know where he left me at with his pricing which was at 203 for a replacement wheel. At the end, just went down the street to Midas and they took care of me in 10 min and for free! No new tire required! F this place! Not sure who's writing these reviews but in the hour I was there 2 out of 7 customers I saw were not happy not adding myself. read more

Picked up 4 new Toyo tires. No one ever gets excited shelling out $$ for new tires but the guys at the Falmouth MA location made it as painless as possible. I scheduled appointment earlier in the week and when I got there I was asked some questions to narrow down a proper tire selection. We then went over 3 tire options. They were very thorough in explaining the differences in each tire. Took a little less than 90 minutes from start to finish. Great experience and I recommend them. I never believed nor have I received such great service buying tires. I stopped to get a quote and the technician educated me on tires like I never knew. I selected a quality tire. I needed 4. They were nearly half what the service station I buy gas at quoted me. The perks and warranties are too numerous to list. I had the tires installed the next day. It took about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by one of the 3 workers there and each of them made eye contact with me so they knew I was waiting. Even one mechanic tried to interact with me and said hi, and his boss (im guessing) snapped at him to not interact with the customers. I felt completely out of place and disgusted. While waiting I walked around to the back of the shop where they work on the vehicles (the garage i believe) and saw every mechanic dilly dallying, smoking even though they all had cars to work on. I only saw 1 man working and he was sweeping the floors. But at least he was working stayong busy instead of cracking inappropriate jokes. Their tire knowledge is great but the negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion and experience. Both my family, friends, and I will be taking our service elsewhere. Great customer service. I had my 17 year old son bring the car in for a tire rotation. Turns out that the 2 rear tires were worn too much to allow them to be rotated to the front. We would need to replace them. Tom Murray and the whole store staff were very helpful in explaining our needs going the distance to get our tires replaced and front end adjusted in a timely manor. At the 3 hour mark and still waiting for only getting 2 tires swapped out, balance on all 4 and an alignment. While visiting Falmouth on vacation, my car developed a flat tire which could not be repaired. The employee told me he would order a new tire and it would be in on Monday. The mishap happened on Thursday, May 30th. He said he would call on Monday when the truck brought the tire. He called but the tire had not been loaded on the truck so he informed me it would be in on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received no call so I called them. I was told the tire had arrived and the would call as soon as it was balanced and mounted on the rim. They never called. I was at the store on Wednesday before it opened at 7:45. Since I was the first customer, they had to take care of me....It took 6 days and 20 minutes to get a new tire from a Tire Company?? I cannot, in good faith, recommend this store for anyone needing help with tires or replacement tires ! read more
