Juan was nice enough to add additional time while I was away and I just thought that was the nicest gesture. I set the dryer on medium and it was in for about 25 mins. One annoying thing is having to buy a card to put money on (it's $3, yet they give back a $1 when you first put money on it) and not breaking of cash was available. Place was very clean, people were friendly (letting you know if you dropped your socks) and they also had dryers running for free which really helps. The ladies that work there all quickly learned my name and always greet me with a "hi Caitlyn!" when I walk in, which I love. My clothes are always clean, smell fresh, and are neatly folded and well organized. I've been going there for maybe 8 months and I haven't lost anything or received anyone else's clothes, which is a common issue with this kind of service. I believe the hours are 7am to midnight, but it's not listed anywhere online and there isn't a phone number for the place that I could find, so at the beginning it was kind of a gamble trying to stop in at a weird hour.
