I stayed in room 204, and it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, and there were bed bugs, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The shower barely worked, and the air conditioner kept shutting off, making the room very uncomfortable. The staff's attitude was also very rude and unhelpful. This was one of the worst motel experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend staying here. read more

I needed a hotel just for the day to relax away from my family. I don't get a lot of time alone when I'm home, and I thought a day off work and a day at the hotel sounds relaxing. I saw this place through yelp, and thought I'd call for the price. The price was reasonable for a day, $100. Other spots were changing me more, because it's just during the day and not a night. When I arrive a lady helped me out. I explained the phone call with her. She let me know all he rooms were full except the suite which cost more. She offered to have me stay there till 11 (which is check out time), and move me to another room. The first room was huge, and so was the bathroom. The colors were a bit dreary. Also it was pretty dark. I didn't mind. I just wanted to relax. However the next room was way better! We switched around 11 ish. It was actually better than the last room, because this one had a fridge and microwave. The window was facing the sun and so there was a lot of light in the afternoon. The rooms feel like you're in someone's room at a home. I liked the vibe. There was a couch also. The only thing is I had two random strangers knock at my door asking if I was someone else. There are some sketchy people at the hotel, but clearly not under the hotel owners control. Also the bathroom floor probably wasn't completely cleaned, because i found a cigarettes butt on the floor, probably because there is only one person cleaning and they were making sure those there can get a room. So I'd say decent to get during the day, but I don't know about overnight for me personally alone. Make sure you got some people with you, and it should be fine. I have stayed at this motel many times over the past couple years and the high quality staff/customer service remains superior to other comparable motels in the area. They have a 3 different rooms including ones with kitchenettes which are my favorite. The furnishings are well maintained and the bedding isn't itchy, one of my pet peeves! There is always ample available parking and the landscaping is nicely maintained. They have laundry available 24/7 and right next to the laundry are several fully stocked vending machines with sweet treats to tempt you while you are doing your laundry. I would recommend staying here to any of my friends or family. Keep up the good work and thank you. Only drawback in my opinion would be their no pets policy. read more

I have construction at my place, got off work late and needed to stay for one night somewhere close to my work, clean and not too expensive. I did not need a pool or spa or anything fancy, just a place for a good night sleep so I can be fresh and ready for a long work day tomorrow. Based on the yelp reviews, this place seemed it! No frills and clean, and close to work. The room is dirty, the floors, drawers have trash. There is no trash can in the room. Remote control does not work. There are mosquitoes in the room. I had to prepare for something for my work and do not know the Wi-Fi password. I do not feel comfortable asking. My only requirement was clean. I could have stayed somewhere else for $10 more. But this place had better reviews than other places. I missed the signs. read more

Garry the Manager was so understanding and the nicest caring man ever. He worked with me regarding my payment and they take Zelle,Cash App,Venmo you name they take it. Makes it so convenient for you to be able to pay. Staff very friendly and assertive they are not harassing you about payment like all the other Indian Places motel. I'm telling you the manger Garry will take care of you as long as follow motel rules. He is also great with communicating through text fast and efficient instead of on the phone. I'm telling don't be wasting your money at these other Indians motels this motel is where you will be treated like a human being not money symbol. I'm so thankful to have found this place with the Greatest man around Garry ....ohhh and the rooms are so spacious, clean, comfortable that you feel like you at home don't even feel like those other cheap dirty motels. This is an amazing place to stay and I wish I could give the business more than five stars because they deserve it. The awesome experience begins before you even arrive on the property. Garry (the owner) is prompt to respond on the telephone, answering any and all questions you may have about your stay. When you arrive, you'll notice the cool color scheme of the building along with the pretty landscaping. It's obvious they put a lot of care into it. Each room is individually styled which makes it a fun surprise to see what you get. The interior decorating is well done in every one so it's more about personal preference than anything else. These rooms are non smoking. Some have full sized refrigerators and they all have some kind of refrigerator plus microwaves. The TVs are humongous. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and so were the floors. There is more than enough parking every night. The back area has vending machines and there are also multiple machines to do your laundry on site. Cameras are everywhere which means it is safe here day or night. The staff members are warm and personable. Everything is extremely clean and all appliances work flawlessly. I noticed lots of big windows for light and a breeze. No bugs here either. I highly recommend staying here. Read the other reviews and look at the pictures. You're going to like it! read more

Garry is an absolute blessing. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to have me feel welcome at his establishment. If anything is needed Garry will take care of any problem right away. The rooms are nice and big and the beds are beyond comfortable. I really do recommend the Townhouse. The property is well taken care of and drama free. Best of all, I didn't see one cockroach during my entire stay, this place is shiny clean. Really, most of the motels in that area, if not every single one has an infestation issue, not the Townhouse Motel though. Cars are safe in the parking lot, so no need to worry about any thefts or vandalism. I really have come to adore this place. It's become the top of my list of places to stay in Buena Park and really of all motels I've ever stayed in...and I've had to stay in quite a few of them. Honestly though, if you're in Buena Park this is the place to stay if you're interested in drama free, quiet and clean. What's also an awesome perk is the fact that the vending machines have an epic selection and are constantly stocked. Having the variety of choices to pick from is a huge plus and the fact that there is a laundry facility at all is great. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed in room 6 last saturday (10/4/2023. I woke up about 2 am with extraordinary ichiness all over my arms and feet. I turned the light on and could see live bedbugs. Unfortunatley, I have unintentionally become a kind of expert on bedbugs because of an infestation that was in a house I bought 7 years ago. I did check the matress before I went to slep, but it and the box springs were encassed in zipper very fine mesh bags. We had to use such bags when we bought new matresses to replace the bedbug contaminated ones. I thought maybe they were there for another reason, but my gut instinct was correct. For the owners info, you basically have to gut the whole room of carrpet and everything else that is fabric. Have a qualified exterminator spray the ENTIRE room carefully to inject the pesticide into all crevices in the floor, wall, behind light sockets EVERYWHERE. Their life cycle is such that they lay eggs after a blood meal and they take about three weeks to hatch. So that means you will have bed eggs hatching, eggs are not effected by pesticide, for three weeks after you spray. It took us three sprays over a 6 week period of completley empty rooms. All linens and cloths have to be tumble dried on high heat to kill residiual eggs and nothing can be introduced back into the room until the infestation is completley gone. All bedframes and furniture should be inspected and wiped cleean and stay outdside in the sun for 2-3 weeks. They hate the sun. The other option is burn the hotel down and rebuild, serious. While I understand that the owners are going to be out a bunch of money, because they have to close the hotel for a couple months to get rid of these damn things completley, its the only way. I am pissed that it is now clear that you already knew that there had bed bugs in the place, as evidenced by the special matress/box springs covers, and rented to me and likely many other folks. The thing with bed bugs is that not everyone has a reaction to their bite, you may not even feel it. I unfortunatley have a severe alergy to the bites, that become incredibly itchy, then form a puss filled very painful head, that if you pop spreads. I am on my second day of prednisone 40 mg and cortisone cream and it is not fun. Shame on you owners. read more

I don't believe all these good reviews for one minute. This place is a disgusting dive with a parking lot full of transients (giving you the stink-eye as you pull in) and broken-down decades-old Winnebagos. My experience: I called mid-afternoon and was told by "Gary" that he would hold a room for me, and I told him I would be there in half an hour. Half an hour later, I showed up, and "Gary" was nowhere to be found. In his place was an older woman who could not speak English, nor did she know how to use the credit card machine. But she conveyed that I could stay there if I gave her the room rate in cash. I didn't have that much cash on me, so drove to the nearest bank to get money from the ATM. When I returned, Gary was there, but refused to come out. Instead, he yelled through a curtain that they were sold out. This place is a pit and an incredibly badly-run business. Do NOT believe the raves; there is NO WAY they can be authentic. read more

I recently accompanied my friend and her two kids to stay at this place because she was having some marital problems and needed some support. This place is spacious and they charged her $100 for a Saturday night stay and it was the only place with availability around the area so we had no choice. It was unfortunate that the television was not programmed to watch and we could not figure it out (and we needed the television so the kids may sit down and relax and eventually fall asleep since it was around midnight). We tried calling the front, but there was no phone to contact the front desk. The places looked clean, but the sheets were old and had some holes in them. There was this seat with a radio in it which was pretty cool! Overall, I wouldn't stay here myself, but for emergency purposes this place is okay. read more

Rooms are really nice, clean with nice furniture most rooms have a futon couch and the tvs are all 40-50in big hd tvs, fast wifi, showers are all new tall showers, no bugs or bedbugs. Price ranges from 450+ for weekly depending on the room or availability. Owners real nice will work with you if you re going to be late just no smoking in the rooms. The areas nice lots of stuff to do and places to eat or take family. Check it out. Oh and no deposit or surprise tax/fees. read more

Okay so I don't usually make reviews unless a place exceeds my satisfaction, or is really disappointing. This is a great motel to stay at in the area, and not to mention the best price! There are a bunch of motels next to it, but if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay for the night, stay here for sure. There are huge flat screens in each room, a refrigerator with ice, microwave, and bathtub. And not only is the staff super friendly, but also very respectful. This was an AWESOME experience. We thought we would enjoy knotts, but we didn't expect to have such a good time at the hotel as well. Usually the hotels around the attraction parks are just tourist traps. NOT THIS ONE. First of all the staff was very friendly. The place was clean, and we felt like home. An excellent value for the money. Quality is not just in their name, but is their business.. And of course, the proximity to Knotts made everything even better. There were so many things wrong with this place. 1) started off by finding a HUGE bug in the bathroom. 2) no remote for the tv. 3) dirty towels with stains on them. 4) bed was hard as a rock 5) when we turned the tv on there was porn playing. 6) the person above us sounded like they were running a marathon all night long! 7) the hotel itself was very trashy looking. We have been to many hotel/motels, including Motel 6. Seen it all, been through it all. This is the first time I feel at home and not just a stop off or room rental. Management keeps it peaceful and calm. Things are consistently being upgraded and updated. wi-fi is free and fast and there are washer/dryers when needed. No bed bugs, ripped, dirty mattresses, or old furniture. This place is an A+ and worth the price for the amenities. The management is great and friendly. Go see them! read more

I would recommend this place if its just for a day or even an extended stay. I have stayed here on several different occasions and I must say I would go back. Not only do they have large comfortable beds, kitchens, extra large rooms for families, and I can say I have never seen a bed bug or a roach in any of the rooms I have stayed in not to mention they have washing machines and dryers, free WiFi, free ice and vending machines.
