Do not stay here!!! The pictures say enough !!!! I went to the front desk to ring the doorbell to speak with someone it wasn't even real! It was a FAKE doorbell. We were woken up at 8 in the morning even though check out wasn't until 11. Someone was outside of our door blowing air and making noise. when I finally got to speak to someone about what happened they laughed and pushed my issues to the side. Very disgusted with this place!

I wanted to like this place, but it was impossible to. The owners are really nice, but the hotel is very dirty. I read some reviews about there being suspicious people on the premises as well as reviews about the unacceptable cleanliness of the hotel, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. It was. Upon arriving I wasn't too pleased with the amount of trash and trash bags in the parking lot, along with a general uneasy vibe, but I decided to still check in to my already booked room. I've never had to leave a room after already paying, but there's always a first for everything. The bed sheets were very obviously not washed, with both having big dirt stains. The front door was covered in dirt as well as our window screen being broken. On top of everything I found cockroaches in the restroom. The rest of the room wasn't in the best shape neither. The owners refused to give me my full refund back, so I'm out $70 so dollars, but it really wasn't worth it to me to stay in the place. We checked into the Days Inn across street for only around $15 more a night.

So this is what $100.00 gets you now?? Yeah the wall is 3 colors. Who ever has this job, is either color blind, or plain blind.

This was a last min booking. The pics online and out side looks ok. But inside isnt worth it. Its a convenient location, a mini fridge & microwave are included. The floors were not clean, hair all over the bathroom floor. I wiped up water & it looked as though the floors haven't been cleaned at all. There is not an ice machine either. I will say the direct tv & free Wifi is great.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. The bed was disgusting the floors where absolutely filthy, the bed had blood and pee on it as well as brown dirty stains as well as BED BUGS! I took pictures of hotel room as well as my bed bug bites to show the filth I was then later held financially responsible for the room despite its condition. After checking into the room not even 20min later I notified the staff as well as Danny (the owner) of the condition of the room. There was no remorse, they simply replied "if your trying to get a refund I will not be refunding you based on the condition of the room." After paying $120 dollars for a room I could not even sleep in IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! Complete TRASH AND FILTH!

New painted door. No peephole installed yet. But you can see who's on the other side of the door

My good friend and I took our Disney trip and decided to stay here for one night. It's a good thing I looked at yelp because this place was definitely impressive. They were in the process of remodeling this hotel. The night clerk was very friendly who guided us to our room. The room was clean and tidy. Typically I would bring my pocket black light and I did not find any residue from anybody Lee fluids that was left behind from the previous renter. Good price, Quality and service. Definitely a recommendation for any traveler. Will we return here? Will "I" return here? And the answer to that is YES

Perfectly satisfactory for a one night stay. Our room was very clean and the wood laminate flooring looked new. There was a microwave and fridge in the room but no cups or ice bucket. We had a bit of a challenge finding the right water temperature and keeping the tub filled when we were bathing the kids but other than that the service was great. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. I actually booked our room for the wrong date but he was really patient and got us into another room without trouble (it was the last room with double beds too, what luck). I was going to take the kids to the pool but after seeing it I wasn't even sure if it was open. There are several food and restaurant options nearby and two great parks not more than 5 minutes away. Definitely a good hotel for the family if you're on a budget and don't need fancy amenities.

    BED BUGS
    Raynard B.

BED BUGS stayed here for a total of two nights. 3/26-3/27 Received 8 bites including two on my face. ‍ idk if it was just our room (219) but my girlfriend and I were both victims of numerous bites. She even found one on my neck while I was sleeping! These vicious nasty blood sucking insects were enough to make me sleep in the car. furniture was all chipped up and the bed/pillows were stiff. Kinda like sleeping on chopped cardboard. Plus points for the microwave, nice staff, mini fridge and location near Disney, but those bugs need to go! I hope no one else has the same experience. I wouldn't be complaining if it was just one bite, but multiple bites like I have means there's an infestation going on in that room...just waiting to strike the next poor person or family staying there. Please fumigate that room

Tissue in the peep hole. What housekeeper leaves that?

DISGUSTING!!! Nice photos on Hotels.com but not even close to the real thing. First sign of trouble was the tweaker checking in ahead of me. Next, they don't have the room I already paid for and had a substitute, "no extra charge". WTF? I had bad feelings but kept an open mind. Stuff happens. So, I open the door and I immediately spot burn holes in the comforters. I start looking for bed bugs and inspect the linens. I didn't see any bugs, but I noticed several layers of coverings. I stripped the top sheet, which looked nice and clean. Then the second sheet. Also good. I pull that back to find huge yellow stains. Looks like urine. I immediately check the second bed. There's a definite blood stain. I pull back the next sheet and find long dark hairs as well as shorter, wiry hairs, indicative of pubic hair. I get to the next layer and there's all kinds of stains. Large yellow stains. Multiple brown spots. And more blood. NOPE!!! Gotta go. I immediately get my lady and our son out and back into the car and call the Hotels.com number. They ring the hotel, but the hotel doesn't want to give me a full refund. They have the audacity to still charge me for this disgusting room. I'll be in touch with their management in the morning. I went to the Knotts Berry Farm Hotel. It was only a few dollars more and WAY cleaner and nicer. Now, as I read the reviews and look at photos, some of these same things I saw are exactly what others posted a year ago. That's infuriating that they don't even bother to fix anything. If the manager doesn't give me a full refund, I'll take it up with my credit card company as well as small claims and a call to the health department.

So the room was decent for the price. My only problem was that there were weird splatters in the bathroom door that looked like blood as well as in the molding of the door

For a motel, this place is A+! The clerk at the desk so nice. Our room was clean and very comfortable. And plus was we found a Chinese food place down the street that delivered and the food was delicious! I would definitely return to this place.

This place is very clean and has nice comfortable rooms, beds, pillows, sheets, cable TV, nice TVs, showers are great as well, prices are outstanding, I also love Danny at the front desk, he's very friendly, everyone brings a positive vibe. Great for families or just a get away with a loved one.

On my most recent stay, I was placed in a handicap accessible room that I did not request when booking. Not a huge issue, but definitely not what I expected. During the stay before that, on my last day, I stopped at the pool bar to relax and have a few drinks. The entire time, the bartenders and wait staff were either on their phones or arguing with each other. It made for a pretty uncomfortable atmosphere and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. On the stay prior to that, I had a very negative interaction with a manager, which I reported in a letter. The response from the hotel was lukewarm and didn't leave a good impression. I felt I was treated poorly, especially for a property at this level, and the small number of points offered felt more dismissive than helpful. On top of that, tours were repeatedly brought through the gym while my guests and I were trying to work out. I understand the space may be open, but having multiple groups walk through filming on their phones, combined with the manager's reaction and comments, was frustrating and honestly left a lasting negative impression. I will say the front desk staff are excellent and the housekeeping team is outstanding. Unfortunately, the issues with other areas overshadow the great work they do. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and could use some updates, but honestly, a room is a room--it serves its purpose. My main issue was the lack of communication and professionalism from the staff throughout my stay. For context, I am an IHG Platinum member. One of the benefits of Platinum status is eligibility for early check-in and room upgrades, both of which are subject to availability. I travel frequently and completely understand that these perks are never guaranteed. However, based on my experience and recommendations from hotel staff at other properties, I typically call the night before arrival to request that a note be added to my reservation regarding an early check-in request. The night before my arrival, I called the hotel and spoke with a front desk employee named Daisy. I politely asked if she could add a note to my reservation requesting early check-in. Her only response was, "Early check-in is subject to availability," which I already understood. What confused me was that she never asked for my name, confirmation number, or any information that would allow her to locate my reservation. When I pointed this out and asked how she could add a note without identifying my booking, she still refused to pull up my reservation. The call ended with no note added and a very poor impression of the hotel's customer service. The next morning, after landing around 7:00 AM, I called again hoping to speak with someone else. I was hoping to refresh before the rest of my day. This time I spoke with Elizabeth, who was much more helpful and was able to locate my reservation and add the note. I mentioned my experience from the previous evening, and her immediate response was, "Who said that?" I chose not to name anyone and simply explained what had happened. She told me she would do her best and said I should be able to get into a room around noon. Since I was already nearby, I slowly made my way to the hotel and arrived around 11:30 AM. Elizabeth was not there at the time, so I spoke with a male front desk employee and explained that I had been told a room would likely be available around noon. His immediate response was again, "Who said that?" It felt as though every staff member was more concerned with identifying who had provided information rather than helping the guest in front of them. The lack of communication between employees was becoming increasingly obvious. I then asked if I could at least begin the check-in process and park my car in the garage rather than continue occupying one of the check-in parking spaces. Only then did he ask for my reservation information. In my experience, most hotels are able to begin the check-in process even if the room is not quite ready. After parking and waiting a short while, Elizabeth returned around noon and was able to get me checked in. During check-in, I also requested a late checkout and was told that a 1:00 PM checkout had been approved. The communication issues continued the following day. My partner asked me to confirm our checkout time, so I stopped by the front desk. A male and female employee looked up my reservation and appeared confused, telling me there was no late checkout noted on the account. Once again, I had to explain that it had already been approved. And once again, I was asked who had approved it. Both employees then agreed to honor the 1:00 PM checkout. Even on the day of departure, the confusion persisted. While I was in the shower getting ready to leave, the room phone repeatedly rang. When I finally answered, a front desk employee asked whether I had a late checkout. I replied that I did. My entire stay felt like there was little to no communication between staff members. Every request seemed to require re-explaining the situation, and every interaction was met with questions about which employee had said what rather than a review of the reservation notes. As a loyal IHG member, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had. Unfortunately, because of the poor communication and inconsistent customer service, I don't know if I would choose to stay at this property again.

Parking in the area usually runs $25-$45 a night, and we got free parking. We also had breakfast both days, which I'd easily value around $40 for a family of four. That's already close to $100 in savings, so you're really looking at about $180 for the room itself. You also get a trolley/shuttle to Disneyland, which adds even more convenience. We arrived early in the morning before check-in and were still able to grab breakfast. Even though the room wasn't ready yet, the staff let us check in smoothly, and we got the room later in the afternoon without any issues. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not luxury, but well-maintained and exactly what you need after a long Disney day. Location is a big plus -- close enough to walk to Disneyland, which is huge when you have kids and don't want to deal with parking or long shuttles. Breakfast is one of the better continental options. Not a fancy buffet, but solid and convenient before heading out. Service was friendly and efficient. Staff handled early arrival well and made everything easy. Only downside -- I didn't notice an elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. You can also hear the trolley at times, especially at night, but it wasn't a big issue for me. I saw this mentioned in earlier reviews and it matched my experience. Overall, once you factor in free parking, breakfast, and the shuttle, it's actually a great value for Disneyland. Clean, easy, and family-friendly. I would come back.

The room was a little tricky to find, but once we got in, we were very impressed with how wonderfully clean everything was. Having stayed at so many hotels for family trips, work trips, and just to get away, I will say that the cleanliness of this hotel is above average. Even the elevator smelled nice. We got the one-bedroom with 2 queens room. These beds were very comfortable, almost like home. The sheets were hotel sheets, so fine I guess. I got a pretty decent night of sleep. The living room pull-out sofa was actually kind of comfortable too. In the morning, we went to the huge breakfast area that actually featured some really great stuff. Having a food allergy, I'm used to being disappointed at free breakfasts. Sunday, I was spoiled for choice. Monday morning before we checked out, a little less so. Finally, the highlights and let-downs: the biggest highlight for us was our room location. On the 4th floor, facing Disneyland, we got a free fireworks show from bed both nights. It made the whole experience much nicer for me. However, the let-down was that the builders cut corners and the walls are very thin. On Sunday morning, I could hear every single door opening and closing, every heavy-footed person walking, every time the elevator came. It happened overnight as well, but I always bring ear plugs to hotels. Overall, it was great - just wish the walls had more insulation.

Had an amazing stay here for another last minute trip extension. I had a warm welcome by the front…read moredesk and got my free cookie! The older gal was very helpful in answering my questions about the bus that goes to Disney I believe it is route 3 and comes every 30 minutes to the street side of the hotel. My partner and I did the walk there as we went late at night . It's about 28 minutes but we walk fairly fast so we got there in 20 minutes . The Toy Story parking lot is only a 15 minute walk and the bus take you to the park. So another option when got to the park. Room review it is really not that bad. Yes it is outdated but that is how it show on the website so you know what you are getting into. If it's not your style you can put a little extra money into the higher end Hiltons. But everything was very clean. There was no old smell. The water pressure was really great and the water heated up really fast which is great after a day in the parks. I believes some of the rooms have the sofas so it's kind of like a living room and bedroom vibe. This is great if you're taking a large family some people can sleep on the couch even. You have a nice hangout space if you have a break from the park. It is about the same price or less the regular room . We were able to get our room $113 after taxes and parking it was $180. The parking was $30 which is a given at any hotel by Disney. Regardless if you were to drive to Disney each day it's about the same price each. It is a compromise to be in a close distance to the park to walk pretty close and have a shuttle. I think it breaks even with making sure that your car is safe. Yes it sucks paying for parking but almost every hotel near Disneyland charges for parking each night. Also, the room does come with a fridge and microwave if you were trying to save and be budget friendly you can bring your own food when going to the parks or just traveling in general. I am excited to come again.

Fast check in process with polite staff member. Decent hotel just a tad bit dated, delicious…read morecookies of course. Spacious rooms great proximity to lots of restaurants and the convention center.
