I told Michael Beatom that I would write a review every week until he did right by my mother. I have asked him to provide me with the evidence that he gave my mom cash for her car. She has since died, so I am her voice. .... He has not provided me with anything, except threats of spreading slanderous reviews. My mother gave her car to Town Line Motors , for them to sell it . Michael never sold it, while she was alive, nor has she gotten the $3500 cash he said he gave her for the car. We have asked numerous times for the paperwork, which he does not have. Who owns their own business and does not keep accurate records? I do not believe this Business is trustworthy or honest. The owner lied about the vehicles condition and he ignored and pretended not to have received my emails. I needed the car ASAP and told him this but did not take possession for nearly a month because he neglected to mention he did not have the title and the previous owner had yet to pay off his loan. After waiting and being ignored I brought it to my mechanic who said the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the oil had turned to sludge. I contacted the dealer and he agreed to replace the brakes/rotors and change the oil, he said this would take one day. I left the truck at his shop and waited. He didn't contact me so I called and claimed "I didn't see the truck", it was parked next to his house/shop right where I told him it was. I waited another day without any response and called again, he said "the brakes are fine but I changed the oil. So after 3 days I got the truck and brought it back to the mechanic and they fixed the brakes and told me he didn't change the oil. I would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle go elsewhere. I've never had an experience like this anywhere and I haven't included every lie I was told because doing so would take to much time. In conclusion, the owner lied and acted like a child and did not/has not admitted to any of it. I'm stuck with several thousand dollars of repair bills. Stay away from this place and that pos...He sells lemons!! I bought a truck that didn't pass inspection for ball joint which mike said was fine and didn't fix. Within the first week of having the truck had to replace the headlight assembly, battery,front headlight bulb oh and no heat bad heater core which again didn't fix or interested in fixing/helping me..then he never responded to emails or phone calls I had to drive there to see him sitting there. I got the ball joint looked at by professional mechanic(s) that showed me under the truck it has a leaking caliper, oil pan rusted out, blown strut and my gas tank is held up by a ratchet strap. Which i have documentation and pics.When confronted with all those he says they are just trying to sell me parts haha I saw the shit with my own eyes. He said I bought a used car and nothing he wanted or would do about it I was told he wasn't going to build me a new truck. Sense Mike wants to delete my review cause he knows he's fraud here we go again So we bought a car from Townline motors on Daniel Shays back in December, (which he never even gave us our paper work from purchasing the car) first thing the day of we found out our front speakers didn't work I messaged Mike on fb and tried calling leaving messages got ignored. Then about a week later I ended up getting in a car accident because the tires were barely passable( my mechanic and Midas both said they didn't know how they passed) The first warm day about a month and half ago we noticed our Ac didn't work called he said he was going on vacation and then covid happened so everything was at a hault. He is now saying the AC doesn't work because of my bumper, after my accident I got it looked at and just brought it to my mechanic again they said that's not the reason the ac doesn't work and it didn't get bent from my accident. So he's refusing to fix it. We've already had to replace the tires and all break pads and rotors which were metal to metal. This was the worst car buying experience I ever had. We had to get the attorney general involved to get any sort of response from the owner. My car (a 2001 Volvo S60) was riddled with problems that he promised to fix as part of the sale agreement. $4000 is not very cheap for a car. I expect to be delivered the car I have paid for, after not even 24 hours the check engine light came on. Thankfully it fell under the Lemon Law. It had a bad sway bar, the radio didn't work? The cigarette lighter didn't work, the blower motor for the heater was broken. He finally fixed the issues after driving there more than three times. He never answered any phone calls to the "dealership" on day I called him 17 times. The phone was picked up and hung up. This is the rudest owner I have ever met. Please know your lemon law, I would never buy a car from him again. He was extremely disrespectful. read more

I actually had the best car buying stress free experience ever with Mike! He promptly got right back to me every time I contacted him. He even met me half way between the dealership and my house because it was over 2 hours away for me to get there. He took care of all the paperwork, deal was fast and easy and I couldn't be happier.
