They got their money but I still have an uninspected bike. They could have told me of this before I shelled out all that money. I guess if money is all they care about they were right . That isn't even enough to repair one wheel. I will never take any of my toys there again and I would recommend not bringing or buying anything to or from these jokers. I sat in that waiting room for SEVEN (7) hours. I'm a regular customer and personally like the staff there, but seven hours?! Lesson learned- drop the bike off and secure a ride for any service in the future. I'll mention that they offer an excellent winter storage facility at a reasonable price that includes a spring oil change.
