They are very fair priced and worth bringing your vehicles to whether it's for an oil change, gas fill ups, alignments, tire rotations or even new tires, new rotors/brakes, tuneups, suspension/steering work, any type of electrical issues or even for a NYS Inspection they are the shop to go! They are a very well-connected when it comes to part distribution shops in the area so they can easily access parts for your vehicle usually within 20 minutes of calling it in! They do occasionally accept walk-ins from time to time, but it's always better that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. You will always be guaranteed fast, friendly, courteous service from the crew over there! They also have some of the cheapest fuel prices for 87 octane gas, 91 Premium Octane Non-ethanol gasoline, as well as very fair priced diesel, and grill propane cylinder exchanges in the area! They also offer towing services if you get stranded or get into a crash! They only have 4 lifts but the crew usually pumps out over a dozen cars a day! So give them a call at 845-339-5435 to schedule your next appointment! Or just stop in and talk to Chris Cuff! They are always open Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm 1pm-5pm with a 24hr towing service! He told my wife that…read morehe won't charge us unless the insurance pays for it. the car was in his place for 3 days because weekend came in. I went today and I told him that our insurance is not covering it and said he doesn't remember saying that he won't charge us and he charged me $600 (for towing which he said he wont and for 3 nights) which makes him a Liar. Then I had to tow my car all the way to Albany and he said it will cost $480 so I called other towing companies around for a cheaper price. I found one for $300. When I told him that this towing company will come and get my car he said "I do like that guy" and he added that "I wish I knew that you will call someone else, I would've charged you $150 a night" (he did charge me $50 a night which is the same for all in the area). When I was talking to one towing company and I told them that my car is here, he said that they are not allowed to come on his property. He was rude and unprofessional. All he wanted was more money and thats all he cared about. Not sure how are they still operating and why even the sheriff office would call them after such a horrible service. If you are working in such industry, you should make things easy for people and not make their life harder especially if someone is involved in a collision an hour away from their town.

Before making an eight-hour trip each way, I specifically asked them to tell me about every imperfection because I did not want to be out there and be surprised by anything because it so far. I was told by Steven that the car was in "perfect condition." I was assured repeatedly that it was exactly as described. Based on those representations, I invested significant time and money, including travel expenses and a hotel stay, to come see the car. When I arrived, the reality was completely different. The vehicle was covered in dozens of small scratches and dents. On every single panel of the car. Even the roof! It looks like a tree fell on it probably where the large branches didn't hit it, but all the small ones did. Or it got run off the road into brush or the like. Calling it "perfect condition" was not just inaccurate--it was blatantly misleading. It was obvious that the car had substantial cosmetic damage that anyone could see immediately. Steven was unpleasant to work with. He was pushy, snobby, entitled and just plain rude sometimes. After getting T-boned by a car at 50mph into my drivers side door, my car was totaled. I was trying to figure out transportation to New York. He impatiently told me to "just drive it. It's not that far." 15 HOURS. He also told me I couldn't have an auto delivery service pick it up because "I had to sign for it in person." He also told me I could only come on days when he was there and gave me HIS schedule for me to work around?? He also went on about needing to schedule all appointments that "it was rude to just show up to a used car dealership." Ummmm I'd been car shopping at a dozen prior and they were thrilled when a customer pulled in - even without an appointment. He informed he "He didn't know where I went to, but he's a professional." And that's just the highlight reel of correspondence. After leaving without the car, to make matters worse, when I requested the return of my deposit, the dealership was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Communication became sparse, and obtaining a refund was far more complicated than it should have been. This experience was frustrating, costly, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.
