We talked on Sunday and the new hot water tank was installed successfully on Monday. His price is very fair. I was very happy with that and definitely have no hesitation to recommend him for anyone needing this service. Because my tenant wanted very hot water, Javier recommended to change shower valve. I agreed on that. The valve was replaced but did not further improve the water temperature. Despite that, my tenant is happy with the hot water now. He also helped me on fixing the bottom of a vanity drawer. Overall, I am happy with his service and will definitely use his service for similar work.

He was also able to make sure that I not only got an estimate that sounded fair, but that I also got seen immediately by the other guy that works with him (James.) When you see someone on yelp with no reviews yet (at the time most of the reviews were filtered) you feel apprehensive but based on how communicative Greg was I went for it. James was very knowledgeable and even entertained a few questions I had about potential future jobs.
