Holy cow! Where do I even begin?... First they made a mistake of the address of the property I was buying. I have to call them to remind them the address was wrong on the contracts. They said it's very common to make to have mistakes like this. WHAT?? Then they forgot to order the HOA docs. They said they didn't know there was a HOA. WHAT?? It's a condo inside a 170 unit community. Then they sent their own in house notary for the closing. She was not prepared cause she was missing a form for us to sign. On top of that, the next day she said one of the form was signed on the wrong spot. HOW?? You were telling us where to sign and double checking it afterwards. Save yourself a lot of headaches.
