I have sent 2 emails still no response. Furthermore, Cardinal Management did not update a homeowners Name and Last Name for 18 Months, the name on the Owners Registration payment log is incorrect, all mail from Cardinal has been address to the previous owner. This is deeply concerning , not updating the owners name can potentially compromised communications and is a serious breach of responsibilities as a Management Company. Even though we weren't going to list for a few more months, it was apparent that Maureen Haney was going to be hard to beat. (She'd been referred to me by a reputable local mortgage broker.) From the moment we signed the contract, she and her team took control of the process and we always felt that we were in good hands. Maureen suggested a painter, a carpet guy, a gardener, and a handyman. All of them were excellent and provided their work at fair prices.
