I had a mailbox at this location for five years but canceled it after the new ownership drastically increased prices. Unfortunately, The new ownership not only has a bad attitude but will also take advantage of customers. I was charged $114.50 to send a three-page document to Asia using their USPS service. When I checked USPS.com at home, I discovered that the actual Priority Mail cost was only $45.40. I returned to question the $69 overcharge, and their explanation was that $45.40 is the price if you go directly to the post office, while the additional $69 was their "service fee." They further admitted that they add a service fee to every transaction--even for the purchase of a single stamp. While I understand reasonable service fees, charging $69 on top of a $45 transaction is excessive, deceptive, and exploitative. This is not a fair business practice; it is price gouging. I strongly caution anyone considering this location: always ask for the exact service charge in writing before agreeing to mail anything. Otherwise, you may end up paying double or more than the actual USPS , DHL or FedEx prices . I would rate it ZERO stars if I could read more

Just left this location and I should've known that the same rude guy that answered the phone would be just as rude, or even more in person. Not helpful at all. Needed to do a livescan AND FBI check and he told me I needed a "different paper" for the FBI, I asked him what I needed and he proceeded to show me some fingerprint cards. I'm not familiar with this at all and asked him if I could use those and he just gave me a look. At that point, I didn't want anyone with THAT attitude to have my personal information to I left, very unhappy and disappointed. Employees are rude. Asked for a receipt at drop off for a USPS shipment and was given one, one week. But, the next week when I dropped off a few more for USPS and asked for receipt, I was told that they do not offer them. I explained that I received a receipt last week and she said that it was a new employee who probably gave it to me. So, I asked, "You have the ability to print receipts, but just choose not to?" Employee says, "Yes, we chose not to" I even asked if I could pay for a receipt & was told no & advised to take them to a post office for a receipt... why have a PostalAnnex if I'm just going to be told to go to the post office? read more

I just started a small business and started making my first sales about 2 months ago. I used to go to a postal annex by my house but as my sales increased, so did the amount of packages I was shipping daily. I noticed that just about every postal annex I've gone to, the employees don't care to take a large amount of packages, but at this location, not only do they take large amounts of packages, but they ENCOURAGE you to bring packages. I drive 12 miles from my house multiple times a week to come drop off packages now instead of just going to the one next door to my house, and the main reason for that is Patel & Don. These two are always very welcoming when I come in, and they never give me an attitude or seem annoyed when I bring large quantities of packages. Don told me to bring as many as I want, and very enthusiastically encouraged me to bring all of the packages I ship, and Patel even let me use the hand cart to transfer my packages. Assets like these two make my life a lot easier and less anxious knowing I won't cause problems bringing a car full of packages. Thank you for always being great and servicing the community! I have been to this business before but recently I noticed a change. I no longer see familiar people behind the counter. Today I wanted to mail a padded envelope overseas. The only person attending was a young woman who was very rude. She became irritated with me that I wanted send it as first class mail which was cheapest. She appeared to be so irritated that the envelope was partially written in foreign language. I explained to her that I have sent it like this many times. But she ended up yelling at me. As a result, I had to ask her, " why are you talking to me this way?" She then told me to go to post office to mail it if I just want to mail it first class. So I ended up leaving the store and went to post office. At the post office, the staff explained to me that they needed label written fully in English due to the fact the envelope was padded and it is treated as a package which means it has to go through customs, and gave me a form to fill out. This was all of the explanation needed for me. There should not be any issues or yelling; especially towards paying customer!! It is too bad there is no longer the same people working at this postal shop. I am not going there anymore. read more

I didn't know that I should read reviews for finger printing but I guess now I will have to. I went to this place to get my finger prints done and the boxes for DOJ and FBI were marked. The school that I was doing it for kept saying only DOJ was there and FBI was never sent through. I called the store to see if they could resend it, as that should not be an issue, It is what I paid for. The man I spoke to was very rude and pushed that this was not their mistake. Instead of simply looking it up and double checking, he then had the audacity to say it was on my end and I was not getting approval because I did something to mess my record up. I would not trust them to get the job done and also would not want to support a mans business that refuses to even double check to make sure the mistake wasn't on their end or even push blame back on their customers. This could have easily been resolved and avoided. I would not be returning. There are plenty other locations available, which I did and luckily the school was understanding and paid for it. Great service. People say he comes off as rude. In my opinion he has a sarcastic humor. He joked that he could not print my pages because there were too many but he did it. Got all 300 pages printed. He even offered front to back to make it cheaper. Also added bonus is open on weekends. Not many people open on weekends. read more

The guys at PostalAnnex are my heroes. The type of people I would be happy to hang out with on a day off and throw back a 32 block of beer with. Maybe even invite to my child's baptism or graduation, but I cannot say that in 100% confidence just yet. Aside from them being great people who are easy to get along with and helpful whenever needed, the business is awesome and a great hub to drop off all major shipping companies parcels. We use them as our hub for USPS, UPS, DHL, and even FedEx if we have it and have never had an issue. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

I don't mail stuff that often, but the few times I have, I have gone here. They are super friendly and charge a great price. Ups wanted to charge me $9 just for a box and they charged me $3 and even taped it and filled it with bubble wrap for me. There is a saying you treat people the way you want to be treated, and they put a smile on my face. It's not a fancy place, but they treat the neighborhood great and every time I've been there, they know everyone walking in. read more

I waited patiently for the middle eastern man behind the counter to finish with everyone when he asked me what I needed. I told him and he asks where I was shipping it to, I said China. He looked at me and laughed and said "Looks like you're keeping it..." (Shipping to China through DHL is $88) and I was like well, let me come back so I grabbed my stuff and headed towards the door. From the door I hear " maybe next time you should think before buying from China" followed by a bunch of other people including himself laughing with whoever else was in the store. Super rude. Lost my package. Not reliable if you are dropping off USPS packages. No receipt. Contacted the office and they assure me that all packages our not left behind. I believe they are honest. However, it is easily misplace and or some else help themself. I can't prove nothing here except my package is gone. I didn't know it until customer notify me. I check the tracking number and it was never scanned or received by the USPS. Opened a case with USPS and they said the label was created but they have not received the package thus leaving me thinking my package is there in the office or someone help themself. read more

There is a very old elderly man working there. This gentleman could not read my fax number which was printed clearly . He possibly sent my information to some unknown number with my all banking information. I speculate when I say this but I understand if the owner may wants his dad to have a job. However someone that is incapable of reading a fax number. Probably should not be handling someone's mail. Let's just hope that my bank information was destroyed by people who got it read more

Worst place to get keys made, the owner took the keys and assumed without even asking what was the original or copy. Ruined my original!!!!!! Customers word of advice: get keys made at real key shops or places like Home Depot or Lowes!!! read more
