Therefore, I have no choice but to do my due diligence as a human being and share my experience with these people. I immediately went to the hospital once I discovered I was bitten, and I also filled out an incident report with them. It feels as though I as a customer am being punished due to the negligence of these people running this facility and I don't appreciate it. I've been asking for a refund since this event occurred, and I've been given nothing but the runaround. I am an IHG rewards member and their cooperate can't even help me. I spoke to every manager in this building. I even was hung up on and all I want is a refund. I didn't get to enjoy my reservation due to the lack of pest control measures that should already be in place and again NOTHING is being done about this. They just probably cleaned the bedroom and rented it out to the very next person and I just find that to be disgusting and morally wrong. Bedbugs are extremely hard to get rid of and they don't care. They are leaving it up to their insurance to give me my refund and I feel as though them, the merchant should issue a refund as soon as possible. I shouldn't have to wait over a month with no formal communication for a refund that should've been given as soon as I left the facility. It's not fair. I was gonna keep quiet about this, but I'm literally putting y'all on blast on every platform that I have so get ready. No one deserves to be treated like this after spending their hard earned money. It's a good thing that I was in the position to book a hotel elsewhere, but there's just no sense of urgency as far as doing what is right. ANYBODY else in my position would've wanted a refund. I did not get to use my reservation the way I intended. I literally lost an entire day of my trip because I had to go to the hospital and you already know I was there all day so this is just a warning to just stay clear at this facility. It might be nice for some, but the fact that it's Russian roulette with these bedbugs is quite telling. You've been warned.

They were both incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, the service was excellent! The entire restaurant team was friendly, welcoming, and amazing throughout my stay. I only wish I remembered everyone's names so I could give them all a shout-out because they truly deserve it. Thank you, Hirute, Belinda, and the entire restaurant team for making my stay that much more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

The staff is fantastic and friendly. The restaurant/bar is in building #2. No room service is mentioned. Mine was a tiny room with a tiny bathroom and a tiny wardrobe-like closet. The entire room / bathroom / entryway was smaller than my bedroom at home. Somewhat like a New York City hotel room. The TV's volume is fixed so low that you have to use subtitles to watch a movie. The beds are uncomfortable, and there is no top sheet available on the bed or in the room. You have to disassemble the duvet if you want that. No free bottled water in the room.

When we checked in around 4 p.m., housekeeping was finishing our room and left a pile of dirty towels, washcloths, and bed linens directly outside our door. We gave them grace and assumed they would be removed shortly. We returned around 10 p.m.--still there. We notified staff member m. The next morning at 7:30 a.m.--still there. We notified the front desk AGAIN. At 9 a.m.--still there. When additional clean towels were delivered, we were once again assured the dirty linens would be removed. As we checked out, we once again made the front office staff member, Monica, aware that the items were still sitting outside our door. This was our fourth time reporting the issue. Her response came across as smirking and unconcerned. She simply said, "Yeah, I know. I told housekeeping," and then wished us a good day. There was no apology, no attempt to have the issue immediately addressed, and no acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. At that point, this was no longer a simple housekeeping oversight. Having a pile of used towels, washcloths, and bed linens sitting in a guest hallway for nearly an entire stay is disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable--especially after staff were notified multiple times. This was not an inexpensive hotel stay, and we were there celebrating my father's birthday. We are also Hilton Honors members and have stayed at Hilton properties with an expectation of a certain level of cleanliness, service, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this stay. What was most disappointing was not the initial mistake, but the apparent lack of urgency, accountability, or concern after we repeatedly brought the issue to the staff's attention. A guest should not have to report the same unsanitary condition four separate times and still leave the hotel without it being addressed. I am requesting that hotel management review how this situation was allowed to continue despite multiple notifications to staff, including our final conversation with Monica at checkout, and put in place steps to prevent another guest from having the same experience. The hotel itself has a lot going for it, but this level of service was unacceptable and certainly not what we expected from a Hilton property.
