I waited ten minutes to see if it was rectified and nothing happened. Ridiculous to see so many people milling about with no food or using their hands.

Just a place to lay your head... no big quirks!…read more We stayed overnight at this hotel for a wedding. Can't complain as we didn't pay for the place, but I was gonna recommend the place. I would look at a different hotel somewhere else. The room was nice and we had no problems with our room, his small mini fridge in the room with the coffee maker was decent for storing our food purchased at the local grocery store. it's weird because during the week they use nice plastic plates when serving breakfast but switched over to paper plates and Styrofoam on the weekends. They're also wasn't very good quality food on the weekend like there was on the Friday that we were there. It was a complete 180 on the breakfast offerings on the weekend versus the weekdays. we were a little bummed. The pool wasn't heated, and there was no hot tub to kick back and relax and enjoy my time there. However, the shower in the pool area was warm enough to have visions and thoughts of a nice hot tub in the pool area. I didn't really have much of a problem at this hotel, other than everything was very lackluster. We didn't stay in the room very long and only were there to sleep at night. However, on our last day. One of the staff here came out of the back room in the from desk area wearing an Arabic/Islamic Ha-jib. My PTSD immediately kicked in from my time I served over an Iraq and the experience was very triggering for me. I briefly feared for my life without my AR-16 in my hands. It was probably a good thing the experience happened at the last part of our visit during checkout because I was always looking over my shoulder from there on out. Overall, if you're working at the hospital across the way, it's a perfect place to stay. Otherwise it's kind of mediocre best for the price you pay you better off staying somewhere else they don't even have a Jacuzzi at this location. Find something better... unless it's just a place to lay your head!

I loved all of them. Their personalities can start your day off on a positive note and if you had a bad day, their warm welcome in the evening is a reminder there are good people that make the world a brigher place. Food options - they had nice options for onsite dining. I was able to enjoy a dinner at Knoop on the 8th floor. It was a happening place. The food - excellent! The rooftop deck - lovely. Staff - friendly and they hustled. The room - it was ok. I like the simplicity. There wasn't a dresser with drawers. There was a side table that had drawers. It appears I might have been in a room that was designed to be handicap accessible. Which is great to see they offer accommodations for everyone. The challenge I had was the shower bench that folds down from the wall made the stall more narrow. I love that they provide magnification mirrors for primping...however for this room it was mounted low - just above the counter sink. I wasn't able to use it. The complimentary handsoap - was not appealing. I used it without thinking twice because I have never experience "offensive" smelling hotel products...flowery yes, but never offensive. This had "charcoal" in the name and it seemed appropriate because it smelled like something was burning...yuck. I didn't enjoy it at all. Thankfully I bring my own toiletries. I didn't use theirs. Parking - Love the valet service - not cheap but worth it if you are there for a work trip and work is paying. They also have a garage you can park in behind the building. Surrounding area - there several great restaurants within walking distance. If I return to the area, I will definitely try to stay here again.

I checked in using the digital key and was assigned room 219. When I got to the room, there was almost no toilet paper--just a tiny amount left on the roll, which I unfortunately discovered at the worst possible time. That same night, the TV didn't work, and when I called the front desk, I was told they would look at it the next day. That doesn't help when you're trying to relax that night. The next day things got much worse. After returning from work Tuesday evening, my key wouldn't work. I went to the front desk, showed them my digital key for room 219, and was issued a new key. I went back to the room, opened the door--and someone else was already staying in it. Back to the front desk again. After checking the system, they told me I was actually assigned to room 409. When we went up to 409 together, it was completely trashed--beds unmade, belongings scattered, towels and clothes on the floor. Clearly not a cleaned or vacant room. After calling the GM, I was finally moved to room 323, which thankfully was clean and empty. The most concerning part of this entire situation is the lack of accountability and explanation. I never checked in at the desk, yet somehow my room was reassigned without my knowledge. The GM could not clearly explain what happened--only that I had been "switched." I was initially offered 150,000 points, which was later changed to 50,000, and I was told I would receive a follow-up call explaining the situation. That call never came. I also contacted Hilton customer service on Friday 4/17 and was told I would hear from management within three days. That has also not happened. This wasn't just an inconvenience--it was a serious issue involving room security, cleanliness, and communication. Walking into an occupied room is unacceptable. The lack of follow-up afterward made it even worse. I would not stay here again based on this experience.
