Marriott did a great job with this location. Service: Everyone was very nice & pleasant and made sure that I was very comfortable. Kept the lobby, gym, and landscaping really nice. There was one night that guest was really loud but I called down to the get assistance and they were able to resolve the issue really quick. They kept my room really clean and I always asked if my stay was going great. Food: The breakfast was just okay. It wasn't bad but I was able to get something to get my day started. One of the workers was not sure how to work the waffle machine but they were able to clean it very well the next morning. Overall: I would recommend this hotel if you planning to have a long stay. In addition, it is in a great location of Denver & Colorado Springs.

Be sure to verify the price as they will jump the price nearly a $100.00 if last minute or getting close to full capacity.

Now the down points were parking fee, on the website it states 10 the on the check in parking permit it states 15 , needs to be corrected somewhere, the shower head was very poor, the water faucet by the restroom needs to be repaired, and of course we did not have enough towels.. needed 4. Please note that housekeeping only happens after check out or after 2 days or five days. There are no plastic bags in the trash receptacles so that gets pretty nasty if you have stinky trash or diapers. I heard a lady ask for a trash bag at the front desk because she needed one for diapers. Also upon check out I noticed a room charge (15.10)that was not ours so I will have to call back and find out what that is about. Overall this is what Hyatt offers and we have always appt through the years as a family of 6.

Very tasty coffee (BUT coffee only available at bfast!). Nice bfast, but the hotel was sold out (and it's big...6 floors). Yet, when the person bringing food out, she would bring a small amount out, which was grabbed up by the first 3 or 4 people in line. Seems like someone would have figured out how to bring out 4 times as much food. We had a wheelchair accessible room. Odd that there was a tub (grrr) AND the towels were in the tub area (behind the curtain) AND 6' up on a shelf! Now, how would my hubby be able to grab a towel if I wasn't there? Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Extremely disappointing stay at what was advertised as a premium Hilton property…read more I was booked at The Inverness Denver for 2 weeks in February 2026 and it was one of the poorest hotel experiences I've had. Within minutes of entering the room, I noticed that the HVAC return air filter was heavily loaded with dust, with visible buildup on both the filter and vent grille. The room also had significant dust accumulation on furniture, lamps, artwork, horizontal surfaces, and behind furniture. The balcony furniture was dirty, the screen door had a hole in it and did not operate properly, and several pieces of furniture and wall surfaces showed noticeable wear. The room simply did not appear to have been properly prepared before check-in. I immediately documented everything with photos and emailed the hotel's guest services team and General Manager. We also spoke with the front desk in person. Rather than offering another room or clearly explaining how the issue would be resolved, I was asked to return later and "check the room" myself after housekeeping finished. When I asked how long my room would be unavailable, I was simply asked, "How long will you be gone today?" Housekeeping replaced the HVAC filter after I complained, but the broader cleanliness issues remained throughout the stay. Dust continued to accumulate on surfaces, and I ultimately brought my own air purifier into the room because the air quality still felt poor. Even after running the purifier continuously, a surprising amount of dust collected on the filter during the two-week stay. Many of my personal belongings accumulated a sizable amount of dust while in the room. Housekeeping quality was also inconsistent. On multiple occasions the bed was not properly made, including repeated instances where the mattress protector/sheet did not fully cover the mattress after housekeeping serviced the room. This happened even after I had already raised concerns about room cleanliness. Communication throughout the stay was equally frustrating. The General Manager never responded directly to my documented concerns. The only acknowledgment was a small gift basket left in the room containing snacks and drink tickets, which did not meaningfully address the issues. There were also multiple communication problems unrelated to cleanliness. I was never informed about vehicle registration or parking procedures during check-in and had to return to the front desk later to ask whether I even needed to register my vehicle. Resort fee charges were also never explained. I was charged $30/night the duration of my stay for a resort fee at booking and staff was unable to explain what benefits were actually included and told me my booking did not include resort credit, regardless of me paying this nightly resort fee. Adding to the frustration, there were unexpected staff interruptions during the stay, including hotel maintenance personnel arriving at my room for issues I had never reported and a luggage cart being delivered to my room that I had never requested. I had hoped this experience would be addressed through Hilton's customer service process before posting a public review, but after exhausting those avenues, I felt it was important to share my experience so future guests can make an informed decision.

This was, without question, one of the most disappointing Hilton stays we've ever had…read more My husband and I stayed here while visiting Denver for the Olivia Dean concert, and we specifically chose a Hilton property because we've generally had great experiences with the brand. Unfortunately, this hotel fell well below the standard we've come to expect. From the moment we arrived, the property felt neglected. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, the carpets looked worn and dirty, and bags of trash sat outside guest room doors--including ours--for far longer than they should have. It didn't create a welcoming first impression, and things only got worse from there. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of our room. My husband accidentally dropped the TV remote behind the bed, so we pulled the bed away from the wall to retrieve it. What we found underneath was honestly shocking: thick dust, debris, old trash, a bottle of personal lubricant, and what appeared to be a used drug bag. Whether it was cocaine or something else, no guest should ever find anything remotely resembling drug paraphernalia under the bed of a Hilton hotel. It immediately made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. It was disgusting, unsettling, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we stayed from Thursday through Sunday and not once was our room serviced. No fresh towels, no trash emptied, no bed made--nothing. Had we known housekeeping wouldn't be provided, that should have been communicated clearly. Instead, we returned each day to the same room that was already raising serious concerns about cleanliness. The service also left a lot to be desired. The overnight front desk employee was noticeably unwelcoming and gave the impression that guest interaction was more of a burden than part of the job. A simple smile or willingness to help goes a long way in hospitality, and unfortunately that was missing during our stay. What frustrates me most is that this wasn't an inexpensive stay. We paid Hilton prices expecting Hilton standards, and instead we found a property that felt poorly maintained, inadequately cleaned, and lacking the level of hospitality the Hilton name represents. Denver was wonderful, and the Olivia Dean concert made the trip worthwhile, but this hotel was easily the biggest disappointment of the weekend. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously because no guest should have to discover what we found under the bed or wonder whether their room was actually cleaned before they checked in.

Upon arrival the lobby seemed decent, when we made our way to the dingy hallway I should've ran, but again we have a toddler & needed to rest for the night. The hallway seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, there was food & stains all over, even outside our door! When we walked in I was instantly brought back to 1975, the carpet was ripping at the seams, there were endless stains on the walls, hairs under the sheets, mold next to the fridge, a pubic hair on the toilet!!!!! Etc!! There were so many things wrong with this room especially the fact that we paid $200 for it. When we took over 30+ photos of the room we presented them to the manager Angelina Ross, who in reality seemed like she could care LESS. She assured us we will be given another "better" room, well after almost 45 minutes she came back to show us the new rooms with all the same problems. Stains on the walls & rips at the seams of the carpet, all of which she insisted was inevitable & natural "wear & tear" of the rooms here. I wish I was joking. In total we stayed here for almost two hours & left with no automatic refund, we had to rush to find a different hotel as our soon desperately needed to sleep. But don't take my word for it, I have the pictures below of a $200 room to show for it. :)
