I stayed here over this past weekend (April 17-19, 2026). This hotel is set back from US 30 which is nice which means that there is not a lot of road noise at night. Make sure you follow your preferred GPS directions because you can not get to the hotel from Sam's Club parking lot. There is a lot of parking around the hotel that is well lit at night. I stayed in a king studio which had a kitchenette. I did not use any of the kitchen area because I was in town for to see family. Though it did look spacious. The desk area was nice and the desk lamp worked. The couch was great with plenty of table options from a table on top of the ottoman and "lap table". The bed was great and there were plenty of outlets to plug in devices for charging. The breakfast area was great. There was a whole container of oat milk near the yogurt. There were signs stating that Marriott is committed to serving everyone and to reach out to kitchen staff about any dietary requests. The best part was the special note about there being gluten free options. Being a gluten free person and having a hotel have gluten free bread type things is always critical. The hotel provided gluten free everything bagels. These helped start my day off right. I will definitely be staying here again. read more

This hotel is full of suites (rooms with kitchenettes), and I kind of only want to stay at a hotel that has a kitchenette now. I feel like that's a spoiled thing to say, but having a kitchenette is pretty dope and changes you. It turns you into a suite person. So, give me suite with a kitchenette, or GTFO. The kitchenette comes in handy when you're traveling with kids, because then you can stop at the grocery store before you check in and stock up on snacks. If you have children, you know they are particular about everything, but they're especially particular about the things that they eat. So having a refrigerator and freezer, silverware and cups, a sink and microwave, really helps make a hotel stay much more comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fine. The TVs have cable and access to Netflix and HBO and some other premium TV networks. You get a free breakfast each morning, but they have someone there who you need to consult who will give you your food items -- you're not allowed to get the food yourself because of Covid. Also because of Covid: There is no room service. You leave your used towels and trash bags outside of your room and someone comes along and picks them up. For us, this took all day, so we had to walk by our dirty towels and trash multiple times, which was kind of a bummer. I think this is pretty standard with hotels right now. It's not just this hotel. I'm hoping this changes sometime soon -- I appreciate a good room service. read more

It was a nice stay. Quiet and comfortable. Was recognized at check in for my loyalty. Rooms are nice with a refrigerator and stove top and microwave. Most of all it's clean. Staff was very nice and helpful with local questions. read more

Not as nice as the Lexington KY location but still has most trimmings. Some things missing were bottled water, sponge for the liquid detergent, and they forgot the wine glasses. They are also not as sanitized as the other location . The sanitizer that they do have in the room I used to wipe the handles in the bathroom and they were rather dirty. Furthermore in the gym, they didn't have all the treadmills working, and the one I used didn't have an out of order sign. Some of the pluses: great alcohol selection including wine and hard liquor. Fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby. A laundry hamper and an ultra quiet room despite a packed parking lot. Finally the etiquette between the afternoon manager and the nighttime manager was night and day. I was asking about the incidentals hold and the lady cut me off and said, "that's not how we do it here" AFTER I said I was a Bonvoy member. No "hey welcome" or glad to see you again. But the nighttime lady was really sweet and brought some wine glasses to my room and was kind. read more

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to be in town one day for a concert at the Ohio Reformatory. We wanted a nearby hotel that wasn't "super cheap" (concert crowds get rowdy), but we found this to be rather affordable for the quality. Pros: Check-in was easy. I'm a Marriott member and I completed mobile check-in the morning before. This sped up the process of getting our room keys. The front desk worker was very pleasant. I requested extra pillows in the app, but there weren't any in the room. A housekeeping worker ran to grab us extras right away and was very friendly. We stayed in a 1 bedroom queen. It was huge! The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We didn't stick around for much of breakfast, but the items we grabbed to go were great (muffins, waffles, yogurt, sausage). Cons: Our room directly overlooked the bar/patio. There was a rowdy group yelling at 1 am but the front desk associate went and spoke to them when we reported it. It didn't happen again during our stay. The walls are paper thin and the floors are NOT concrete. You can hear everything. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend a bedroom suite to reduce hall noise. I bring a box fan with me everywhere and that was plenty white noise to sleep at night. Oh, and don't trust your GPS. Turn down the road with the TownePlace sign. Our GPS told us to get on the highway (30) and then park and walk. So weird! Overall a great stay and I would stay again if we're ever in the Mansfield area. read more

Beautiful new facility open just 6 months, Very welcoming inside the lobby with tables, tv, newspapers, computer to use. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room had a king size bed so tall I had to either jump up on it or be pulled on it. It was soooooo comfortable! I love the 2 different types of pillows we get to choose from. Room includes a large closet with laundry basket, slide out basket and many shelves and hanging rod, ironing board and iron, stove, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware. A lap desk near the regular desk for working while sitting on the bed or for watching tv which has a pull out arm to adjust viewing. TV even offered YouTube and Netflix stating if you use your own log in info, it will be deleted when you check out so no worries of the next person using it. Nice indoor swimming pool and workout room. Large patio area with tables and chairs in back of hotel. It is a nice, quiet hotel at the end of a dead end road which you can see Menards and Sam's Club from the windows. The continental breakfast was very small but nice with usual offerings of waffle maker, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, juice, and milk. We will be back again and highly recommend to everyone. read more

Excellent hotel, very affordable. We required an accessible room with two beds and we were given the most handicap accessible room I've ever stayed in. There were two individual bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a roomy bathroom that had an extraordinary amount of space to maneuver a wheelchair. The kitchen counter was height-designed for a wheelchair, with space to move a wheelchair under it for a person in a chair to work on the counter. The beds were very comfortable, but the only negative was that pillows were really thick. We had to request flatter pillows after our first night. The lobby had a small area where you could not only purchase personal supplies, but alcohol and soft drinks. That was kind of nice. Also there is an area with a breakfast buffet, and coffee available all day. Also the luggage carts seemed super small, necessitating more than one trip with our luggage. But remarkably, considering we were billed only $139 a night, I would easily call this is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in for that price range, and nicer than some that cost twice as much. read more

We are long time Marriott members and have over 300 stays in the last decade. We have noticed a major decline in quality of room and service the past year or two. So much so, that my spouse and I have decided to use a different chain for our business and leisure stays after this current trip. We have had appalling customer service and filthy accommodation on multiple occasion in the past two weeks of travel. Tonight is our last night and we are thrilled with this TownPlace! This is what Marriott use to be like! Clean! Friendly! Upgrades for their elite members! They also have a lovely lobby, outdoor patio and pool area. We wish they could all be like this! read more

Will be a one nite stay of what what supposed to be 3 weeks with the military due to air conditioning issues. When I checked in, I set the air on 68 (as low as it would go) & it cool d to 74 and stopped. It only came on one more time. I called the front desk and she said she had multiple calls & would pit it on the Hot Sheet. Air did not run once all night & room temp was 76. Visited front desk and asked abt the a/c status and he had no idea of what I was speaking of. I'll be checking out today if situation is not rectified. read more

This property is brand new and just opened up to Mansfield on 6/16/2016. We arrived on 6/19/16 and was very impressed with the hotel! Marriott you really out did yourself with this brand and we will for sure stay again over and over again. The rooms are amazing and great for large families like ourselves - party of 5! We were able to get a two bedroom room. We also booked another regular room for my Mom and her room was just as amazing. All the rooms have stove tops, dishwashers, full size refrigerators, hardwood floors and are perfect in every way! The staff is amazing and they have an outdoor seating area with a grill and fire pit! And the lil ones can enjoy the indoor pool. Highly recommended read more

The hotel was beautiful and there were no problems as far as that goes. HOWEVER, we accidently booked a room twice and they refused to even meet us halfway. I would have settled for half our money back or if we were able to transfer our stay to another Marriott. NOT HAPPY! read more
