They didn't show up in the morning (the time they gave me), So I called and they said they'd be out in the afternoon (so now my half day off from work became a full day off from work). Turns out NO ONE EVER CAME. I called Brochu the next morning and the receptionist was just nasty. Didn't have an explanation and didn't care at all that no one came to my house- and that I lost an entire day of work waiting for them. Completely unprofessional. I will never call then again.
