I've used them twice while passing through Longview, and both times have been great. Nice, friendly service, consistent movement even when they are busy, and a nice, clean outcome. The car wash was just fine! The vacuum we used after wasn't the strongest, but it picked up dry pine needles and loose dirt on our rubber mats just fine. And, no extra charge for using them, so who can complain about that!? We'll be back!

In 1 of the two van-capable bays, the water pressure dropped to Zero after 10-20 seconds. Timer kept running. The mode select switch was mounted in such a way that you can't tell what mode it is supposed to be running in (switch points to line between mode indicators on the label). Tried several times to stop, then restart. No go. Tried the 2nd bay, much the same story. Machine simply wouldn't put out water or soap. Called the number listed for "customer support". Went direct to voice mail. Was told the mailbox was full (of messages from previous "customers" trying to complain). We ended up being referred to an excellent spray wash in Garibaldi by a local. I checked my credit card statement and found a $22 charge, for NOTHING. And no way to redress the matter, short of fighting the charge with my bank, which opens a whole can of worms. This place is a scam. A Rip Off! I'm contacting the Tillamook Chamber of Commerce to file a complaint.

The line can be excruciatingly slow, especially when you have purchased a "speed pass" AND especially if the person in front of you is buying a new membership. (Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.
