The interior was already in very good condition--it mainly needed a thorough vacuuming, the seats wiped down, and the dash, doors, and trim cleaned. I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.

I've used them twice while passing through Longview, and both times have been great. Nice, friendly service, consistent movement even when they are busy, and a nice, clean outcome. The car wash was just fine! The vacuum we used after wasn't the strongest, but it picked up dry pine needles and loose dirt on our rubber mats just fine. I have a Ram 1500 and the previous place I took it to for oil changes just got to be too expensive, time consuming, and I got the feeling they were trying to add on extras to the change. Well ... not here! The guys working this service are friendly, fast, and fair. I've taken my truck there three times now and see no reason not to continue. They have realistic recommendations for service and stick to the oil service that you're wanting. They complete the service fast as well - usually around 10 minutes. Instead of doing the oil change properly, their technician chose to vacuum the oil out because removing the undercarriage cover would "take too long." We relied on their expertise and trusted they knew what they were doing. The car was driven a short distance after the service and seemed fine. The next morning, however, it started misfiring immediately and was clearly unsafe to drive. The vehicle remained parked until it could be evaluated, and was eventually towed to a certified mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a missing camshaft seal and advised that this type of failure is consistent with improper oil extraction using suction equipment and would not occur during a standard oil change. We paid $613.79 in repairs, plus the original $97.95 oil change. We made multiple attempts to contact the shop (calls and email). Eventually, their claims manager called on 3/25/2026 and denied the claim solely because they didn't get to inspect the vehicle first--ignoring the fact that the car was unsafe to drive and that we didn't even know they caused the issue until after a professional diagnosis and repair. At this point, it's not just about the damage, it's about accountability. Cutting corners for convenience caused real damage, and they've refused to take responsibility. We are now pursuing this through small claims court. Use caution. An oil change shouldn't result in engine damage.
