The 3 musketeers all geared up and headed down to Eugene to get to the Oregon Country Fair... we stopped at Les Schwab like I had been told to do each time to make sure the tire pressure was good and tires were good to adventure... the guy says the tires on the axel were good, but I should look at switching the spare out soon...he didnt know how far Id get on it if need be. So we go on our merry little way...and about 30 miles from Eugene... the Rv shakes and you feel the plunk of a flat tire... This was no ordinary flat tire... it burst and then ripped out the wheel well and made a huge hole in a space where we stored extra gloves and our electric space heater...I had placed our Jerry and Jerry bear on the lid of that... they were laying on the side of I-5 about a 1/4 mile back. So, here is where a couple of angels came... we use state farm roadside assistance... which has been a great investment BTW... the Jbs Roadside Assistance arrives in about 45 mins...and although he isnt supposed to do a trailer... changes the tire...he initially thinks it doesn't fit... but it does...he tells us to drive really slow with flashers... Coburn is just 10 miles... if it weren't for him, we'd be either on the side of the road still or towed and without RV for the festival. Angel #1 Noreen googles closest tire shop and we arrive at Pomp's Tire Service these guys not only didnt blink an eye at getting us 2 new tires, but worked really hard to get the shredded rubber from around the axel and shoring up the underneath. They had us back on the road within an hour...and put the other good tire on the spare mount so we still have a spare. Angels #2. If it hadnt been for these 3 guys, not only doing their job, they went above a beyond and sent us on our magical way.

Submitted their online appointment request and got a call within a couple hours assuring me they can do it and are certified ASE to do it. Texted over my VIN and showed up to my appointment a few days later. Everyone was so nice, service was quick and I was able to wait in some comfy theater style sofa. My life is one adventure after another…read more Tonight, leaving happy hour with a friend in the passenger seat, a disturbing noise under the car caused us to pull into a parking lot where we discovered something underneath the engine had fallen down and was scraping against the asphalt. Was the engine of this antiquated vehicle going to fall out next? I'll abridge the story: the owner of the towing service said he was close by and could come by personally to check things out. He did and fixed the clip holding the cover in place, obviating the need for a tow truck and the large expense. This was a kindness above and beyond the call of duty. Once she ran the quote, she said that based on the type of car & what we were potentially needing that it was "too much labor" "over 5 hours worth" & also stated and I quote "no one is going to want to do this." I politely let her know that was okay & we were happy to do business with another auto shop that was willing to help. I let her know her comment rubbed me the wrong way. She apologized, which I appreciate, but she then justified it by saying she should "know better than to answer the phone so close to closing time" & that she had been at work since 7:30am and was tired. Overall, am disappointed in the experience - I had called based on the good reviews on Yelp/Google. Needless to say, I won't be considering them for any needs in the future since they don't seem to be hurting for business!

I've been a frequent customer since maybe 2008. This location somehow always manages to hire GREAT employees, and hold them for a long time. I was very close with a woman, who left closer to a decade ago, that had worked at the location for almost 30 years if I recall correctly. I miss seeing her, she once held a poster for my friend and I, since she knew we'd want it. I still have it up in my room. Let's next talk about the inside and the outside. Their gas station is amazing. While it may not consistently be one of the cheaper places, I don't know that it's too frequently one of the more expensive places. I think it's typically standard in the middle. Back to the pumps themselves. They're great, clean, and there are enough of them. Parking is SLIGHTLY cramped, but honestly that's the case with so many gas stations in town. AND it's better than most of those. So no points revoked for me. Inside is extremely clean as well. It's not the BIGGEST, but it's average sized and well stocked. They should have new products close to when they release, and their hand scooped ice cream is amazing. I haven't had it in a while, so I don't know if it's affordable, but there's not too many dedicated ice cream spots in town...so it can't be THAT crazy expensive, I'd think. It's incredibly easy access. If you're heading north, just make two right turns and then turn right into the establishment. That's done with ease unless there's somehow insane traffic in our small town. If you're heading south, it just has one left turn and right lane merge to start with, and neither are very bad or difficult to do at all. Overall, their employees are some of the best in town. It is one of the CLEANEST locations in town. They have a good gas station AND convenience store. I really don't know of too many locations I've EVER been to, that compare to this.

There's a great feature having 3 pumps on both sides for each island. Plus there are lighted signs to indicate pumps in use or available. During my 6/11/26 visit, regular gas was much cheaper than my usual Shoreline site and barely a wait. Same for the main Costco warehouse in Ridgefield. Great stop vs my former one coming back from PortlandVancouver area at Chevron!

Beyond the usual offerings of food and beverage, there were livestock supplies, pet supplies, clothing including hoodies and jackets, feed, gardening supplies, and other assorted items you could need on farm. In addition to filling up my gas tank, I filled up on rawhide gardening gloves and this fantastic hand cream that makes my nurse hands happy.
