We absolutely trust Kevin with our cars and our wallets, which is an amazing feeling. The lady at the front desk is equally as lovely. The gal who answered the phone asked for some information & had made a comment about how it was the end of her day. Once she ran the quote, she said that based on the type of car & what we were potentially needing that it was "too much labor" "over 5 hours worth" & also stated and I quote "no one is going to want to do this." I politely let her know that was okay & we were happy to do business with another auto shop that was willing to help. I let her know her comment rubbed me the wrong way. She apologized, which I appreciate, but she then justified it by saying she should "know better than to answer the phone so close to closing time" & that she had been at work since 7:30am and was tired. Overall, am disappointed in the experience - I had called based on the good reviews on Yelp/Google. Needless to say, I won't be considering them for any needs in the future since they don't seem to be hurting for business!

I've been a frequent customer since maybe 2008. This location somehow always manages to hire GREAT employees, and hold them for a long time. I was very close with a woman, who left closer to a decade ago, that had worked at the location for almost 30 years if I recall correctly. I miss seeing her, she once held a poster for my friend and I, since she knew we'd want it. I still have it up in my room. Let's next talk about the inside and the outside. Their gas station is amazing. While it may not consistently be one of the cheaper places, I don't know that it's too frequently one of the more expensive places. I think it's typically standard in the middle. Back to the pumps themselves. They're great, clean, and there are enough of them. Parking is SLIGHTLY cramped, but honestly that's the case with so many gas stations in town. AND it's better than most of those. So no points revoked for me. Inside is extremely clean as well. It's not the BIGGEST, but it's average sized and well stocked. They should have new products close to when they release, and their hand scooped ice cream is amazing. I haven't had it in a while, so I don't know if it's affordable, but there's not too many dedicated ice cream spots in town...so it can't be THAT crazy expensive, I'd think. It's incredibly easy access. If you're heading north, just make two right turns and then turn right into the establishment. That's done with ease unless there's somehow insane traffic in our small town. If you're heading south, it just has one left turn and right lane merge to start with, and neither are very bad or difficult to do at all. Overall, their employees are some of the best in town. It is one of the CLEANEST locations in town. They have a good gas station AND convenience store. I really don't know of too many locations I've EVER been to, that compare to this.

With this economy, Costco gas stations are a godsend…read more I spotted this station after two other nearby stops. Note this is not noted on the Gas I-5 sign. There's a great feature having 3 pumps on both sides for each island. Plus there are lighted signs to indicate pumps in use or available. During my 6/11/26 visit, regular gas was much cheaper than my usual Shoreline site and barely a wait. Same for the main Costco warehouse in Ridgefield. This place is a godsend. You do have to go inside and ask for the key which only makes me cringe at the very idea touching one but theirs is the piece of metal that can actually be sanitized and was extremely clean and I have no fear taking it from their hands. The bathroom is outside, which as a girl just basically means you better be ready to squat and pray you don't have to touch anything. There was a line waiting for the bathroom, about 8 people, it moved quick! The bathroom was so clean! Toilet, clean! soap, full! Paper towels, full! Floor, not peed on! Tp, full! Mirror, reflective! This is a wonderland of products that you can wander through for quite some time. Beyond the usual offerings of food and beverage, there were livestock supplies, pet supplies, clothing including hoodies and jackets, feed, gardening supplies, and other assorted items you could need on farm. In addition to filling up my gas tank, I filled up on rawhide gardening gloves and this fantastic hand cream that makes my nurse hands happy.
