I accidentally left my CostCo battery jump pack (valued $60) under the seat. When I went to pick up my car, there was dog hair still all over the rear seats, the space around my manual transmission parking brake and cupholders wasn't wiped out, the rear hatchback door gap was still FULL of pine needles, they didn't replace it clean the rug that goes in the back, they took out everything in my glove compartment and said to me "we noticed your title wasn't in the car", and I think they stole my battery jump pack (which I didn't notice was gone until I got home). When I asked about the rug they kept telling me there was no rug. I found it IN their shop in the back, uncleaned. When I pointed it out to them, they changed their declaration of "no rug" to "sorry, it wasn't me who cleaned the car, so I didn't know. I hardly ever give bad reviews, but for $170 (+$60for the jump pack) this was the worst detailing job I have ever had in my life. I absolutely do not recommend them. Go elsewhere, even if you have to go to SeaSide for the day . My friend thinks they took advantage of me because I recently moved and have out of state plates. I think they are just terrible

The person on the phone stated that he could not check because his system was down. my wife called several hours later, and he was rude to her. He told her that he had already spoken to me and that his system was still down. I rented a car in Astoria and went searching for my truck. It was on their lot not 100 feet from the office door. It amazed me that he did not even attempt to look for it. My insurance company moved the truck to a dealership for repairs. They even had the nerve to charge us storage fees even though he didn't know the truck was there. Bad service.
