I walked over to tell the lady nicely, even pointed it out to her & said, "There is a hair present in my wrap..." She looked at me like I was crazy & replied, "Oh honey... that's bacon..." I pointed CLEARLY to the nasty hair again in my wrap, and she replied the same thing, "Yeah, that's bacon..." Are we looking at the same thing? Because I think she just didn't want to remake my food. So, I did not eat it. The hair present was absolutely gross. Have some better customer service here, especially with people coming from out of town / state... not coming back here.

It comes with a pickle which was nice and garlicky mmm mmm! Chips and slaw are optional sides, but I didn't partake. I also got latkes as I haven't had them since I was a child. They were good. They come with the traditional applesauce and sour cream. I found the portions generous - I came home with half a sandwich and 2 latkes to eat for dinner. The place is clean and has plenty of seats. They do breakfast all day. They also have Dr Browns soda from NY available by the can or case. The pickles can be bought too and all of their meats by the pound.
