After a long and stressful week trying to figure out what was going on with my vehicle, I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Tire South. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After sending one email to corporate regarding my concerns, I was contacted in less than an hour.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Chloe Parker, Customer Service Liaison, reached out to me and was pleasant, informative, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She served as a point of contact and helped ensure my concerns were addressed. I was then connected with Jared, who took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He drove approximately an hour and a half to meet with me at the location where my vehicle had been serviced. After test-driving my vehicle, he immediately recognized there was still a problem. At first, I will admit that I felt like he was defending his team. However, as we continued working through the situation, I realized that Jared was focused on safety, doing the right thing, and finding a fair solution. He approached the situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine concern. After I had already spent approximately $1,500 and my vehicle still wasn't operating properly, Jared conducted his own assessment, found the necessary part at a price I could afford, and did not charge me labor for the repair. Most importantly, he personally completed the repair to help rebuild the trust that had been lost. Within a few hours, my vehicle was repaired and is now riding great. I would also like to recognize the entire team. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone I interacted with was respectful, courteous, and professional.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The facility itself was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained--including the restroom. Anyone who has ever waited at an auto repair shop knows how much those details matter when you're spending hours away from home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My only constructive feedback would be to encourage even greater communication between technicians and service advisors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When inspection results are discussed with customers, it is important that service writers have complete clarity regarding what the technicians are reporting. If possible, having technicians show customers the issue directly can help prevent confusion and reduce stress, especially for customers who are not knowledgeable about vehicles. I also want to acknowledge the service advisor involved in my experience. She apologized, remained professional, and was supportive from beginning to end. I appreciate her efforts and the way she handled the situation. Thank you to Chloe, Jared, and the entire Tire South team for listening, taking accountability, prioritizing safety, and working to make things right. I can in for my tire rotation and balance and I have custom tires so I can only go to them. After doing the balance and rotation they left behind the glue that is used to secure the balance pieces. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went back in to ask the lady behind the counter if this can be removed with good off she said she believe it can.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told her I didn't like that they left it and that was the end of the conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You would think they would remove the old glue after moving the balance. Also their prices are crazy ridiculous I got a quote for customer shock replacement and they charged over double for the parts and more hours of labor than needed. So I did not get the service done by them. Which is to bad the one in McDonough installed my original lift kit and they did great. I hate to have to go to someone else but their prices are more reasonable and they are closer to my house so I guess that was a sign to move on from tire south. read more

I purchased the loan through their company to complete repairs. The same issues exist, they broke parts, creating news issues and I'm still expected to make payments towards the loan. They started on my car almost immediately, I went to the taco place next door, came back- they had a few excellent suggestions and I was on my way. Great experience, clean waiting area. The company has good mechanics, a very clean and professional environment, however the manager is a lying piece of s**t. He charged me for premium parts but installed economy parts. And I believe he would instruct his mechanics to miss alien part to cause premature wearing. I will never spend another dollar at that store read more

My review contains some negatives about TireFails at Discount Tire and WalMart. Suffice it to say by the time I heard the advert on WSB radio I was ready for a change. I navigated to their website a few weeks ago and punched in a quote request for my reliable 2003 Honda. Had a blowout coming home on Friday, and my jack failed, so it was time for a AAA special. Got to TS before closing and Dan the manager said he could get the tires by Monday no problemo. Fast forward to today, got a call from Dan and I swung by the JCB location and in record time everything is now AOK! I found out they do other work I need, so I will be back soon enough. If I could go less than 1 star I would. Paid close to $1500 ( has cost me more at this point because I can't make money) to have an EGR valve replaced and I am back for the 4th time because you guys can't seem to fix the issue. After "fixing" the first time light can back on when I was in Knoxville and I live in ATL . I run my expedite business with this vehicle and you guys are costing me thousands of dollars at this point have been done for over a week now. I knew to drive it a bit today to make sure it was working properly and after about 80 miles check engine light came on again. So now this is the 4th time dropping it off at the so called " we fix it all Tire South". Plot twist they don't! I will be sure to let everyone I know to stay far away from you guys. Everything started great with this shop, I wanted a leveling kit, tires, and an oil change. They quoted everything over text and broke it out in every detail. I paid a deposit and got them to order the leveling kit. I then made an appointment for first thing in the morning a week later. I confirmed the appointment the day before. I was told it would take 3 hours. I had to go out of town that evening so I made sure I was there at 7:30am to be the first to drop off my car. I checked in with them at 12:30 to see where they were and they hadn't even taken my truck back yet. I show up at 4:30 and am told they still have to align the truck and do the oil change. I write this review at 6pm as I still sit in the waiting area waiting on my truck. read more

I went to have them look on Thursday to determine how many and what type of tires were needed and went back for install on Friday morning. She was clear on the process and timeline.
