It is a small holo in the wall garage but they got me in asap... they did the work quickly and efficiently and I was out of there in about 2 hours. There is not much of a waiting area... thank goodness I was the only one waiting... and there is nothing to be able to walk to... so my suggestion is drop off and come back if you have to wait long. Instead of giving me a quick 30-second phone call while my Jeep was on the rack to ask where it was, they simply skipped the service and said nothing until I picked up the vehicle. Waste of Time. Shortchanged Discount: I brought in a 50% off oil change card (given to me previously due to another issue at this store). Instead of applying 50% off the service properly, they inflated the bill with added disposal and "shop supply" fees, making the "discount" much less than promised.
