I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. This is a great local business and one you should consider if you find yourself in need of this type of work...

I was told that it would take 2-3 days and at 3 pm on the second day I was surprised with a call that my truck was ready. Great job Todd's! Ps, they had prev repaired my wife's car two years ago and did an excellent job then, as well. I would highly recommend them.

I didn't want to spend that kind of money on a 9 year old car so I dropped by Econo Paint in Daytona Beach. After looking at some of their recent work on the lot, we took the chance and were quoted $699 for a complete repaint with the minor repair work. Gotta be honest and say my stomach was tight and I was really second guessing myself. Dropped it off on Monday and got a call Wednesday that it was ready for pick up. My wife and I looked over the car when we arrived --- and were astounded. It looks brand new (with the exception of the rubber and headlights!). There was no overspray, no drips, no smears or smudges and no orange peel. Just a beautiful shiny paint job that, again, made the car look absolutely brand new. We've no idea about the durability or what it will look like in a few months / years but we are nothing less than astounded by how it now looks. FAR FAR FAR exceeded out expectations!

The old clear coat had areas where the good clear remained, they did not feather it out. The paint they use is poor at best. Over the past year, I would wax the car and the paint would come off onto the applicator. It seamed there was not enough harder in the mix. There is very little paint on the car, it is very thin. The paint is dead again, will not come back to life, and it shows all the defects. I did try to return and show the Daytona shop issues shortly after in the first 6 months, but the were going to charge me again for the work they just performed. The value may be in the price, but the quality is rock bottom poor, find another place to go!

The preliminary work he did left exposed metal which has significantly rusted and has now increased the size and cost of the repair. After over four months of poor communication and rotating excuses for missed commitments I finally have my vehicle and key back and scheduled with another body shop in town. It took me six weeks to catch on that all I was getting were excuses with no effort to finish the agreed upon work. It took three more months of missed promises to finally get my key back. During the four months of driving to his closed doors multiple days each week, I met three other frustrated clients and read the continued posting of notes on his door from others asking for him to contact them about their vehicles. Each person I spoke with said he had done good work from them in the past, but each one of them became so frustrated they also took their vehicles off his lot over the past few months. Bottom line, if you do decide to use his services, I recommend getting some firm commitments in writing. And if he disappears and starts giving you excuses, be prepared to pull the trigger and go somewhere else. Everyone has difficulty in their lives sometimes that get in the way. But the many missed promises to be there at specific days and waste my time and others without any notification are inexcusable. I'm not meaning he missed a 10:00am or 1:00pm appointment. His shop was closed all day every week for months even while he was promising myself and others the night before he would be there or telling us he was "on his way to meet us within the hour."

Classic collision…read more I brought my Truck here for repair after I was rear ended and since it was a preferred vendor for the insured who hit me.. I decided to go here. Well, STAY AWAY! They are thieves, liars and con artists. Classic Collission had my truck for over a month!! And all it needed was a new exhaust system, rear black bumper, two custom decals on the rear fenders and a noise coming from the passenger side engine bay after I was hit... So where to begin., I dropped my truck off and it was deemed not drivable.. so I left it with them on 6/19/24 and still had another week to wait before I was able to get a rental. The drivers side exhaust was hanging to the ground, my bumper was crooked and semi crushed and my trailer hitch lock was bent, I started hearing an odd sound from the passenger side of the truck. Bear In mind that the driver who hit me, their front end was under my rear end. I made sure to note my concerns with Lisa so we had a common understanding of what was expected and what they would be doing. She confirmed all repairs discussed will be made. It started off that my exhaust system was going to be replaced front to end, they would look into the loud noise, my rear bumper was going to be replaced and the decals would be replaced to match and my vehicle would be back to me in a pre loss condition. Well.. close but no cigar.. So I decided to be patient, I needed a new rear bumper which took three weeks for them to get the correct one.. so 10 days go by and no real repairs have been made to my truck.. so.. Lisa calls me on 7/18 and tells me my truck is going down to the exhaust shop for 7/19 to have my exhaust replaced while they're waiting on the correct bumper. Made sense to me and seemed logical. So I waited.. she also told me by battery is dead and I need a new one.. so I had to pay $223 out of pocket for that.. my battery was fine, someone left my push to start truck on and after several days of not touching it my battery died.. then.. I get a call on 7/19 letting me know they replaced my exhaust system.: and they were needing to wait on the second decal and if it wasn't ready I'd have to meet up with them to have it installed.. ok no problem; I just want my truck back at this point. So I pick it up on 7/19 at 5:00pm. I was briefly walked around the drivers side only, showed me my battery.. which didn't look new at all and somewhat rushed out. I get home and now they're closed.. but to my surprise I had the chance to actually look at it and get under it.: They welded my left exhaust back to my chassis with a half ass weld job. They cut off my existing exhaust tips and half welded new ones on with only a 2" long weld at the top.. only my drivers side decal was replaced. And the weld on my exhaust was garbage. My check engine light was on and the sound from my engine wasn't addressed even after many conversations about it. Then I notice scratches and adhesive all over the left and ride side of my tailgate.. like wth.. I called Lisa Monday morning and explained my frustration.. she replied "oh they didn't do what I told them to do" I said clearly not, so since I still had my rental I dropped my truck back off with them. So I'm told they will replace my exhaust system, check the noise, get the new decal and fix my tailgate.. So I dropped it off AGAIN on 7/22.. it was clear they were going to fix/repair my concerns but she needed to reach out to my adjuster.. well funny story.. I don't have one.. this was a quick claim and it's an admin team that handles these things. Then.. it gets better.. I'm told my truck will be done on 7/25 and "per my adjuster if I don't have my rental dropped off I'll incur additional daily charges" so throughout this process I've taken too much time off of work to accommodate their schedule.. so I wanted it to be over with.. so my wife got out of work early to get there before 5:00pm.. she picked it up and I had to get out early again to get to enterprise in time to drop off my rental.. well as I'm dropping it off it's being taken back to be cleaned for a new rental who was waiting on me to return it. So I reached out to the insurance company to advise them of these issues. They confirmed I didn't have an adjuster, classic collision and enterprise were communicating with each other directly.. fortunatley Allstate will be reimbursing me for my battery, lost revenue and now I have to take it to another repair facility for it to be repaired correctly. Never again will I even look in Classic collisions direction for auto repair, save your self the headache and go elsewhere.
