I first came here when I pointed it out from the road to my grandma's when I was young. Now, as an adult, I make it a point to come here every time I visit family in the area. It feels like every square inch is packed with the coolest thing you have ever seen, especially if you're any type of collector or gamer. He-Man figures, Hot Wheels, stacks of games for just about every system (NES, SNES, GBC, PS2, Wii, etc, etc), Strawberry Shortcake, Pokemon, Barbie, old VHS tapes of cartoons and anime...floor to ceiling, wall to wall, and it rules. I can't speak for merchandise in collecting circles I'm not familiar with, but plushes, Pokemon collectibles, games for Nintendo systems, and "assorted" items have very fair pricing. Unlike many used game sellers (especially these days), I've never looked at a price tag here and gone "okay, that's excessive." They aren't underselling by any means, but I've gotten titles I've wanted for ages just by virtue of them being competitively priced here. The people working have always been nice. I'm more of the quiet lurking type which seems to suit them fine, but I've seen them talking & being friendly to chattier customers. The only "negative" I can think of is ease of access for those with mobility impairments. Aisles can be tight, and if you aren't a toothpick like me, passing someone in those aisles requires some maneuvering. Some merchandise (*not* most, just some) are in totes on the ground that can be hard to look through if you have issues bending over, but if you ask they'll help you get to anything you need. If you aren't claustrophobic and have average mobility, these shouldn't pose a problem. Overall - hugely recommend this store if you love toys, games, and nostalgia for cartoons, or need a gift for someone who does. read more

As an avid collector of action figures and as a buy local enthusiasts, this shop gives me the best of both worlds. The owner always has newer line loose and boxed figures reasonably priced, and his collection of old figures , video games and collectables are second to none. He is always cutting a deal on the already low price tags and is fairly knowledgeable about the products he carries. I never leave the store empty handed and the owner is also just the nicest old man around. A lot of other figure focused stores I've been to in the area have out of industry sky high prices and will more often than not refuse to haggle or work with you. Long story short, this store is my store for figures in the city of Louisville. Just to give an example of how kind he is, when I purchased a tv figure from him for 15 dollars and found out it was valued at around 250, I went back and tried to give him more Money but he simply refused and was happy I got such a deal! read more

Lots of action figures. This place was too cluttered. There was no room to move around in here so if you are in a wheelchair don't even think about trying to come here. The guy in there wasn't really open to negotiating price. Overall if you are looking for mainly action figures its just an OK place anything else I wouldn't waste the time on the visit. read more
