I was beyond thrilled when I saw that Louisville was getting its own Game Xchange: It was always a stop we had to make when we were in Bowling Green. This is probably one of the best game stores in the city for variety, they have just about any console you can think of with an endless supply of games. Not only that, but they have tons of movies, dvds and gifts! Also, the people that work here are super friendly and have a lot of knowledge of the games that they're selling. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They have a wide variety of basically any electronic thing you can think of. You can even sell your stuff too. I sold some of my games a couple days ago, and they gave me like $112. But the best part is definitely the service. All the workers were so welcoming and helpful. read more

All of the employees were so nice and the store was so organized and clean! I could find what I wanted immediately and they had a super wide range of options for a place like this in my opinion. Specifically the employee Cody was super helpful in helping me decide between two games and even showed me the inside of the game I was buying had a free PlayStation code for the first game remastered! I bought a GameCube from the good people at game X change a couple days ago and couldn't be happier, the GameCube seemed in decent condition and has been running smoothly, I have honestly enjoyed everything I've played on the console so far. This is the best video game store in the entire area, I travel 30 minutes out of my way to avoid any malls or GameStops. Game X change is the underdog in the video game lane, but if you think about it, they beat out all competitors with retro selections, (I am vouching for the Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox One titles) with nice prices on those games where Walmart or anywhere else would run your pockets, they are beyond fair, bought an Xbox one here to play all the backward compatible games. I had a minor hiccup with the transaction and the lady made it right past store hours. God bless this establishment. read more

If you answered yes to any of these I highly suggest you check out Game Xchange! I love video game systems and am always looking for games that seem hard to find. I can usually never find games for GameCube or my Sega Game Gear and was sooooo ecstatic to find that this store literally had buckets of my favorite old games! The selection of movies, used games, and gaming systems I would say is probably one of the best in Louisville. For the games that I have purchased and also the window shopping that I've done, the prices are fair for what they are asking. The staff is also very friendly and willing to give suggestions or talk about their favorite games with you. I'm not that big into the new gaming systems and games that are out there and this store focuses more on older games and consoles. Definitely give this place a try, it's nestled in part of the strip mall by Jefferson Mall. Well worth the discovery as this is my favorite place to find those classic games! read more

This store has awesome deals for movies. Buy two get one free, when it's not even holidays! Every movie disc I own is from that store. GameStop doesn't do that. GameStop doesn't even sell movies! Definitely should go here. read more

Completely disorganized. We were told a game was coming off hold. we called before it was released. Someone helpful took our name and number down. We were told 3 different dates to call to confirm pick up. After 4 calls and 2 store visits the manager on the phone had no idea. Wasted gas money and time. I would not recommend. read more

I love this place. I've been three times already in the past month. They have great prices on everything and they accept tons of stuff to bring in. I, personally, got $120 just by bringing in some old movies and games I had. WAY better than anywhere I've ever been. The workers are amazingly nice, understanding, and helpful. Screw GameStop. Come here. They are cheap but still have tons of movies and games. They always have deals going (buy two, get one on movies and games) and is just amazing.
