Toys to Love is a truly amazing toy store! I love the service and selection of quality toys and books! I have boys and girls, all under 5 yo, on my gift list and I can always find great toys that the recipient will enjoy and that are safe to have with a younger sibling in the same house. They have terrific classical children's books and wonderful books by newer authors that children will love. They have great toys that allow young minds to use their personal creativity and expand their imaginations! And the toys help develop needed skills while having a really wonderful time! I can even order online and have the gifts gift wrapped! It is so convenient and I know that the reciever of my gift will not be disappointed with the quality of the gift! While this toy store has a large selection of items... I think they have TOO many items for their space. There is barely enough room to walk around. I felt like one wrong bump into anything and the entire store would topple over! There are so many items just stacked on top of the other... everywhere! It's not very safe or kid friendly for a toy store. The prices are pretty high. For instance toy shopping cart that sells for $50 elsewhere is $99 here... for the exact same brand. read more

My sister recommended this place when I needed a gift for a friend's 1 year old. Knowing very little (or maybe nothing) about what is appropriate for little kids, I happily went somewhere where they are experts. Easy parking and we walked right in. I asked about gifts for a one year old and was directed to an aisle. No one else was in the store and the two employees behind the counter just chatted away with each other and never offered to help even when I specifically mentioned that I knew nothing about children's toys. There was an aisle for 1 year olds, but it was relatively limited. I really liked the free gift wrapping. They asked if it was for a boy or girl and also if it was birthday or Christmas, so it isn't a one size fits all free wrapping. Free Wrapping is a big bonus! I do wish they had tried to give me a little more help when I specifically indicated that I didn't know what kids liked and I was overwhelmed by the selection. Would I come back here? Yes. The store is jam packed with items and the free wrapping is a plus. So, 3 stars because it was A-Ok. read more

We come here for the recyclable toys and trucks. My son loves those things. They even have educational books that kids would love. My favorite toy store is closed Mondays so I thought I'd give this place a try. Someone from the back of the store greeted us when we walked in but the 2 people at the front of the store did not acknowledge us. We spent several minutes looking through one particular section and still no one offered to help. Then as we walked around the store I kept running into a young woman, I thought she was a shopper. I was literally holding maybe 3 or 4 items THAT I PLANNED TO PURCHASE while trying to keep my toddler from knocking things over. Finally, I walked over to the front and asked them to hold a couple of items and they were very nice about it. When went to check out I come to find out the young woman we kept running into worked there! She NEVER offered to help me even if she must've seen me struggling with my daughter while holding toys. I would expect 1. someone would offer to take things to the front for you or 2. someone would ask if you need help finding something. Also it felt like she was constantly behind us so was she 'keeping an eye' on us? If that was her intention, how are you going to make sure I'm not shoplifting but not even be courteous enough to offer help? It was an overall negative experience. At the time it was annoying, but in retrospect I am disappointed because it was supposed to be a special day where my daughter would pick out her first babydoll. Such a fun selection but you can order most online and save money. I normally love to support local brick & mortar but the last three times I came in, there was at least one or two staff members rude, snotty and completely annoyed to be answering questions. Ruins the entire experience coming into a toy store. They have a 'rewards card' but could be meaningless to most people in today's world because it is a stamp card not tied to phone number or email; therefore if you lose the card or keep it in a different bag, it is useless at next purchase. read more

Found a fun toy store! After my disappointing shopping trip to Fundamentally Toys I was still in search of the perfect place to pick up a few more gifts. This place had no reviews when it came up on search. Not sure why as this is an awesome toy store! First off, it's loaded with things. So many things that they are practically spilling out of the place. This means that as soon as you walk in the door there is stuff to grab and play with. My kind of place! I found three things I wanted to buy and I wasn't out of the doorway yet. They seemed to have a decent selection of dolls, educational toys, Breyer horses and other toys you don't usually find at the Toys R Us. Yes, this was the kind of place I was looking for! They had a large wall filled with creative toys and I was able to find a few fun things that you don't see in Walmart everyday. Yea! Friendly staff walking around made my search for things even easier. This place does get kind of crowded (well, that is a good thing actually) and they do have things crammed in from floor to ceiling (another good thing) but this can make finding what you want a bit trying. No worries - just ask! I signed up for their frequent purchasers card when I checked out. I know I'll be back here for those hard to find items you just have to have. Very disappointed!! Very bad customer services. They didn't honor their refund policy. I was treated in a hostile way by the owner and the manager. I don't recomend this place at all to anyone. Take your money elsewhere. read more

This was my first time in there. I agree they have a lot of different unique toys. However, the person working behind the counter was not friendly at all. I'm assuming she was the mgr. She looked up at us and then looked right back down. That impression made all the difference to not shop there again. I will say the guy wrapping our gift was very friendly. read more

Nice store with lots of fun toys however the employees are not helpful at all. I spent 20 minutes just trying to get someone to help me find something. They are rude and don't seem to care to assist only to ring you up . I'd rather go to one of the other toy stores that actually care to help their customers . read more

I really like this store. When you walk in it can be a little overwhelming but that's only because they have SO many toys. All of the people who work there are happy to help you find what you're looking for and they make suggestions too. I bought a toy car there after the lady suggested it and my nephews LOVED it! They also paint and monogram stuff too. I got a lunch box personalized for my nephew for his birthday and the painting was free. Overall, I really recommend this store! read more
