When you walk I , you can order at the counter or order at the kiosk, either way your drink will be something to enjoy. Depending on the time of day, you can experience a line or a quick order at the counter. The store counts with inside seating if you want to enjoy your drink and talk or you can take it on the go. Sharetea is inside a shopping center so parking can be tricky if you stop during peak hours . I strongly recommend their fruit teas with lychee but you can't go wrong with any drink. My local Sharetea!! I used to visit this place super frequently back when it first arrived here, but don't visit nearly as often because the wait times got insane. It seems to have died down a bit though, as my husband and I visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait before us. This place used to be one of my favorites, but either I got super used to them or have expanded my horizons enough that now I think it's just solid. My standard order, which I got during my latest visit, was the classic black milk tea with mini boba. Solid drink, perfect sweetness, decent amount of tea flavor, and good amount of mini boba! Store interior is really clean, with a good amount of seating inside and out. Employee was kind and quick with my order. They changed their stamp card program to an app, but didn't list which app they were using, so I had to ask an employee after I picked up my drink. Was too lazy to bother the cashier to get my stamp, as she was dealing with new customers when I finally installed the app, so forwent my stamp this time. I'll certainly be back if nothing else in the area peaks my interest. I saw they have a strawberry milk tea that sounds super tasty! And mind you, I'm usually a full sugar kind of girl but this was TOO sweet. I ended up drinking a little (since it was too sugary lol) and I drank the rest the next day after watering it down. Other than that, the drink was your standard drink with mango + passion fruit syrup. No actual fruit chunks are in the drink so keep that in mind. However, the drink itself was okay ... Just too sweet! Customer Service: They have a sign that tells patron to "form line outside!" But honestly, the sign is a little confusing so I feel like it'd be more useful or helpful for patrons to have arrows or tape on the ground to guide the line. My friends and I were a little confused so we just stood behind the person in front of us, but the staffer ended up barking at us to line up outside lol. Also, someone in front of us ordered like 20 drinks so we had to wait some time in line before we could order. However, they were quick to make our orders so that was nice. Other thing was, it was hard to hear your order unless you're inside but it got so crowded so idk..that part wasn't the greatest. Lastly, the person who helped take out order was just meh lol. No effort in trying to sound nice or anything. Store: It's kind of small and cramped inside. There's not much tables and so if you want to come here to meet up with some friends, you will most likely need to sit outside. Tip: **There's a 10% off your entire check when you check-in on Yelp. This location is usually busy and there's always a line. But I recently came on a Sunday around 5:00 PM and there was no wait to order. The workers are also nice and my drink came out fast. My go to drinks are: Taro milk tea with boba or pudding - 4/5 Matcha red bean milk tea with boba - 5/5 Personally, both drinks aren't that sweet to me so I do get full sweetness. If you check in on Yelp, you can get 10% off your order. My drink was originally $6 and after the Yelp check in, it was about $5.50 which isn't bad for a boba drink compared to many other places. read more

I don't know if it's the new people, the location trying to penny pinch or both but the staff making the drink isn't using enough ingredients. The last 3 times I have bought from the store the Thai pearl milk tea tastes like SUGAR WATER. The tea flavor is no where to be found. I ask for lite ice in order to avoid this issue and it doesn't make a difference. This use to be my favorite / home location. Straightforward and no frills, designed for fast service and go with some limited seating. I ended up getting a Hokkaido Pearl milk tea at 80% sweet. I was planning on 50% sweet but was informed that since this was a powder blend, going lower than 80% may affect the taste. First off, the boba was served fresh - the bottom was warm. Yet when I sucked it up through the straw, the boba was nice and cool. There's a nice barley note in the taste in Hokkaido milk tea that I enjoyed. Overall, I think the chain is solid and I'd try them again in the future and explore their menu with some of the other add-ons. read more

Get your boba at Sharetea! There are so many options, but I like to keep it simple. My last visit here I had the Classic Milk Tea - Black Tea with 50% sweet (huge plus that you can alter the sweetness). Boba was fresh and the milk tea was oh so tasty! I also ordered ahead on their online portal and relaxed in the car until it was ready. Another huge plus! No waiting in line here if you want to avoid it. Never reviewed this place but me and my girlfriend come here frequently. One of our favorite boba spots. Drinks are always good. Don't think I've ever had a bad one. Maybe the boba is too hard sometimes but that's once in awhile. Usually long lines but they go fast and the wait for drinks isn't too long between 5-10 mins depending on the line. We all thoroughly enjoyed our drinks :) I think the Honey Oolong MT is my new favorite after the Wintermelon with fresh milk.
