They will charge you $25 for every 15 mins if you past their max 5 hours stay without even specifying on the contract that you sign for! They didn't even call us after 5 hours given that they failed to explain it to us prior signing. Not to mention, the manager still refused to let our son come to us (get out of the gate) even if he was already crying as if we will run away and not pay. The manager's customer service is at the lowest and was even rude. No consideration even for regular customers!! Stay away from here!

I had a very tight turnaround between a trade show and our event, so I was only able to drop off decor and gift bags the day before. To my surprise and delight, when I arrived to set up, the team had already arranged everything for me. They placed the décor, laid out the gift bags, and took so much pressure off my plate--something I truly appreciated given the time crunch. The food was excellent--delicious and beautifully presented. We also had specialty cocktails, and the bartenders executed them perfectly. Every detail was spot on. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and truly anticipated our needs throughout the evening. Elise did a fantastic job coordinating everything with us. She was responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Stirling Club is a stunning property with several beautiful rooms to choose from, depending on the size and style of your event. I can't remember his name but the receipt says cashier LMM. I'm new to Harley because I've owned other motorcycles but not a Harley until recently. Of course I have get some gear right. He was very helpful and didn't make anything feel awkward for a new guy like me. He helped me choose the right shirt and his professionalism made my experience great! As far as the facility, it's a huge building, plenty of parking outside and very spacious inside. I walked around the service section first, to the left, and in was greeted immediately. I feel like that's important. They have a lot of parts to look at and little accessories like leather bags, exhaust, to gas caps. They have a huge selection of clothes and a lot of it is emphasized on Vegas. Great for Harley souvenirs. Lastly I love how the cashier or maybe info desk rep greeted me coming in and leaving. We went to the beautifully decorated Venetian theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. This venue is very…read morenice. The seats are comfortable. The angle of each row is great so if someone's a little tall in front of you, you can still see. That is very important to me since I'm only 5'2". My only complaint about this theater is that the restroom is at the bottom of the venue. You have to go down a couple of flights of stairs to get to the restrooms no matter where you're sitting in this theater. Several men and women made a comment about the inconvenience of the bathroom locatio The staff was friendly and organized as the people were coming in. They insured they checked your bag and got you in quickly. We got two drinks because they had a lot of concession stands open so lines moved quickly, which I appreciated. The three remaining members of Earth, Wind & Fire are Verdine White, Ralph Johnson and Philip Bailey. All three of them are 74 years old, but they still put on a good show. Here's a little taste.!

God knows I can't afford it, but my friend and I were invited to stay there by a new friend we made while staying in Vegas at a different hotel (El Cortez, my next review). We accepted... Holy crap. It's beautiful - and big, and fancy. Besides exorbitant prices, the only negative I can imagine is that you really can get lost in this place. Lose your friend, forget where you are and how to get back... We mostly hung at the pools. Many pools to choose from, but we soon discovered our favorite - the one where the low lounge chairs went in the pool so your butt sagged down in the water. Heaven! We had a little pool cocktail table, only a stone's throw from the outside bar (where drinks were about $12 for a mediocre slushy drink with not enough alcohol). Add ipod with double earbuds, a really sunny warm day, and all we could say all day long was "This does not suck" Our mantra. The sandwich we ate for lunch was delicious and came with shoe-string fries. For $17, we split it - but who cares - back to the pool. The room was giant - a suite with a very big jacuzzi. There's not much more to say other than I hope some day I can stay there again and try to find faults!!!
