I've come here twice before my hair appointments across the street at Sofia's Color Lounge (if I get there too early lol) and I haven't been disappointed. The Cinnamon Bun latte is really good. I get it with soy milk for an additional 60 cents. The almond croissant and Belgian waffle are tasty too! Crispy and flaky on the outside, soft in the middle. Order them both warm! *TIP: Order ahead of time online! Usually when I go around 5 pm, it typically takes them 10-15 minutes to get it ready for pick up at the pickup counter outside (there's no indoor entry for customers at this time due to COVID). I'm deducting a star because paying for street parking before 6 pm is bothersome and this cafe is on the pricier side. Overall, a great spot for a tasty pick-me-up! read more

The absolute cutest, trendy and delicious coffee spot in Cranford. I went here for the first time and the line was out the door so I knew I made a good choice. I got a Matcha Latte, hot, lightly sweetened with almond milk in a medium and it was delicious. Truthfully the medium size could have been a size large in other coffee shops which was a pleasant surprise. The matcha latte was delicious. The staff was so incredibly friendly and quick! Despite being a bit of a hike for me to get to, track 5 has become one of my favorite cafes to visit on the weekend. Their pastry selection is always top notch and everything I have tried has been fresh and delicious. I particularly love their cookies, crumb cakes, and butter toffee bundt cakes. I've tried several variations of cold brews and lattes, all of which have been lovely, but my favorite was definitely the lavender cream cold brew. This review is Pre-COVID-19. Track 5 Coffee shop is a fairly spacious corner coffee / bakery shop. When I visited this shop, I was amazed by the options that they had in their baked good section, it took me a bit of time to narrow down my options to TWO goodies to take home. Their latte's are very rich in flavor and cream, I had their version of an Irish coffee and it was to die for. Parking was a bit of a struggle I had to circle around a few times, until I found parking about 3 blocks down. One odd thing to note is their take out cups, they're thick - I'm not sure this is the right way to describe them, but they seem insulated so your hands don't get burned while you're enjoying your cup of Joe. They also come with a sleeve so you feel nothing. Definitely will keep this place in mind when I'm in the area and would recommend you check it out! read more

The coffee here isn't great... very surprised by the positive reviews. Really surprised. The cappuccino was an absolute amateur job. Milk frothing was pretty embarrasing. And the coffee taste on the burnt side. At over $5 (with an extra shot), this was quite unacceptable for this location. To be honest, it kind of reminded me of a Dunkin quality drink. My wife got a latte which was super sweet. Think Starbucks level. Also for some reason, they don't even show the cappuccino prices on the menu. And its a bit annoying when they ask if you want "2 or 3" shots, rather than simply asking if you want an extra shot... obviously trying to get customers to pay more. On the positive side, there is ample seating. read more

They have all sorts of milks- regular milk, soy, almond , oat. Good selection. Inside eclectic meets industrial. Good seating choices. You could do work or study there. Cool vibe coffee cafe & drinks are made with love here. All the drinks have S,M,L size options, which is nice. My normally to-go drink is regular latte, and the prices here are very reasonable. I decided to visit this place because of yelp. The good review attracted me to give this place a try! Upon my visit, I really like the vibe and the staff was also very friendly. The place is spacious and have lots of seating too for working or reading etc They recommended me the lavender latte. I love lavenders (the flowers) and I have a feeling that I'm not going to be a big fan of the lavender latte, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Turns out, I wasn't a big van, but I did finished it. I definitely will be back and try their other coffee and I recommend for people to give this place a try. This matcha latte was matcha need.... Are matcha puns just super over used?? Any way, this was such a wonderful find when I found myself in the area for the day. I'm not super familiar with Cranford but I loved that they were on a cute little corner, had lots of metered parking available, and seemed really busy for a weekday late morning. I was not the only person around that had plans to hunker down and get some work done. The matcha latte was so wonderful. They made it with oat milk at my request and asked how sweet I liked it. I was in the mood for a little bit of a treat so I went for sweet. Delicious! It was the perfect morning pickmeup. I made myself comfortable in one of the armchairs and stayed as long as my parking meter would allow. They have plenty of tables and lots of those armchairs so unless it is crazy busy I am sure you will find a spot. Oh! And those baristas that work there are just about the friendliest folks in the world. They seriously great everyone that walks in like they know them well and are just so kind to everyone that they talk to. Hey hey Adventurers! I stopped by this place since I'd been dying to try this for a good few months and I'm happy I did. First thing I noticed was how NICE the staff were, like really nice and engaging. The decor is pretty laid back and there's a decent amount of sitting, though it can be crowded. I ordered the hazelnut Irish cream (odd combo) but I was feeling adventurous. The foam was so thick I was amazed! It tasted pretty good though I couldn't differentiate the specific tastes. My friend LOVED his caramel macchiato, he rarely enjoys things but he got a second one because he enjoyed it so much. I was also really excited because they sold the golden milk latter (i rarely see this) but I did get a chance to order it, I'll have to go back. Definitely a great place to visit while in Cranford. The coolest and most innovative thing I noticed was that they offer uncooked fettuccine noodles as coffee stirrers. read more

There's a lot of seating in here. They make your order right and fast. The staff are nice. They make small talk without bothering you or wasting other customers' time on line. As I was people watching, thinking about the silly stuff I could add to reviews. I noticed that if you're a regular they will know your name and order. My Bestie and I found this cute cafe before our pottery store opened. What caught our attention to this place was the long line outside. And historically, you can't go wrong when people are lining up to get into it! Track 5 had everything we were looking for on a rainy, cool day...hot coffee, warm food and pastries and warm comfy seats. What added to the warmth was the inviting and friendly staff that greeted you with a smile. Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo of their pastry case, but everything looked delicious and it provided a chockfull of healthy and not as healthy options. My morning glory muffin was moist and tasty, and my Bestie said her veggie breakfast sandwich was amazing! Dog owners are accommodated with available outside sidewalk seating. Definitely my favorite local coffee shop. Prices are comparable to Starbucks. You're able to order ahead of time online but if you order in store you'll get your drink pretty quickly. I'd only recommend ordering online if you're far away because it can take longer to get your drink since they prioritize drinks ordered in the store from what I've experienced. The menu has lots of different latte, regular coffee, frozen coffee, and tea flavors. My personal favorite is the caramel latte. If you're a lover of pumkin spice you can get it here all year round. They also have a few breakfast sandwiches options but you won't find a regular sausage egg and cheese here. There's bagels, crossaints, and a good variety of pastries. The customer service is always great. All the employees are super friendly and go above and beyond. read more

I came here to try out the crumb cake but unfortunately they were out. I tried the decaf iced coffee with oat milk it was ok. The coffee was smooth not overtly bitter and I could add the milk and sweetness to my own taste. The staff was eager to help. Oh well will need to come back another day. read more

Great spot... stopped in for the first time on Monday afternoon around 3:00pm and I was surprised to see so many people there in the middle of the day. They have seating outside as well as a good amount inside so I was able to find a spot. I ordered a traditional vanilla iced coffee and I was hoping to get an almond croissant as they are my favorite treat but they were sold out so I settled on a piece of their chocolate crumb cake which looked pretty tasty in the case. There were many people sitting both outside and inside either chatting, reading, working on their laptops, and even knitting... clearly a very popular neighborhood spot. I wasn't able to find parking in front of the business but they did have a parking garage right around the corner and it only cost $1.00 for 2 hours of parking... very reasonable. My iced coffee was really good and the crumb cake was a nice treat. I still hope to return and try the almond croissant I missed out on... Definitely a great spot to check out... read more

Every time my wife and I stop in we are served by the nicest most pleasant baristas you'll ever meet. They don't provide a plastic smile like the big name coffee stops but are genuinely happy to see you and engage you in friendly banter while your order is being made. They all have a great sense of humor. My theory is that the owner treats them well, providing a retirement plan and other perks (no pun intended) making for happy employees which is crucial to good customer service. I actually got a matcha latte, so I can't exactly speak for the coffee but the place was packed so you know it's good. The matcha latte was perfect and one of the baked goods I got was amazing. I also got a chocolate chip cookie which was a little hard, in my opinion. But I think that's just my personal preference. I love, love this coffee shop! This place is what I envision when I mention wanting to go to a coffee shop. It's located in downtown Cranford, which looked so beautiful in the month of December with all the holiday decorations surrounding. The employees behind the counter were so, so helpful and friendly. Their menu was super cute and I of course had to try one of their "really special" flavored specialities. I am typically a caramel macchiato type of gal, but their caramel craziness was calling for me. SO DELICIOUS. One of the best lattes I have had. It was so smooth and creamy - the barista made it half sweet for me and it was the perfect balance. I didn't need to deduct or add anything. I noticed on the shelf across from the counter they have coffee beans from all over the world for sale. There is also plenty of seating inside - this looks like the perfect place to either bring your laptop or meet up with people! I will definitely be back. read more

My go to coffee shop in the Cranford area. The staff is amazing. They always greet you when you walk in. Everyone is very friendly, full of energy, and always cheerful. They are very precise with your order. Excellent customer service. The coffee shop is homey with lots of seating and tables if you want to study or sit in the comfy chairs and catch up with friends. There are metered parking around the area. The baked goods are super delicious and the coffee is always made well.
