There are actually two locations, one in Allendale and one in Ridgewood, both beautiful facilities. I already knocked 20 seconds of of my 5k time and my ankle and back pain have disappeared. Try the Jacob's Ladder machine, crazy tough! Great for runners and hikers. Gina will challenge you but is very safety conscious as well (and pretty funny too!) Gina is also a big animal lover and when I told her about my special needs kitty she offered to do Reiki on him.
