When I finally picked her up, my dog was wet, clearly not finished, and had been sitting in a kennel for hours surrounded by barking dogs. Completely unacceptable. Do not believe their timelines, and do not trust them with your pet's comfort. If you actually care about your dog, stay away.

Then my husband drops my puppy and she tells him that there was a charge for late fee. What? If I knew, I would have not taken him and just paid the late fee. I called and told her that i was never told. She calls me at 4:14PM to inform that Brody was ready. I went to pick I'm up and she tells me that there is a fee for dog sitting. She told me it was $15 and that she had called me at 3:18. What? There was only a missed called at 4:14pm. And I picked him up within 14 minutes. I told her I would not pay! They were doing all they could to charge an extra fee. That was insane. I told them, this was stealing. If you don't inform someone of a fee, you cannot charge them. I will not be back again!
