The selection was good, prices were a bit lower than the California stores but the selection was different, in a good way. Very cute things, great household decor and memorabilia. I only bought one thing, not cause I didn't want to but because I was going to Kohl's and then to Target and didn't wanna carry too many bags around. The store is a combination of touristy Oklahoma souvenirs: shirts, hats, thermal coffee tumblers, with a few antiques and collectables scattered about. Many MIO items, which is why I like the store. Today I picked up a handmade wood business card holder. The young lady working the store said her grandpa made it! My wife got some kind of "goat soap." Always very friendly service here. Over the summer months there has been a Hot Dog cart working in front of their other building. They were taking advantage of the nearby construction work and also the farmers market crowd. 1907 now has a food trailer set up there. Convenient. Just across the street, Broken Arrow's ice-skating rink is up and running for the winter months. I am not sure what 1907 will be serving, but hot chocolate would be good, after a few falls on the ice!

The small town vibe and personality it holds is true. We haven't had a lot of issues such as "out of stock" product or waiting in a line to try on garments.. These aren't many issues, but when seasons like Summer or Holidays pick up, it is a noticeable motivator. Best times to shop at Walmarts are usually the earliest times in the day and after the peak of season sales... We all love to see happy strangers shopping and letting their kids have some shopping fun too.
