It wasn't too busy and for the most part things were organized and in the right place. I found the shoe section in a jiffy and lo and behold they had a pair of flats that happened to be the same exact color of the shirt I was wearing... and they were on sale for $6. You know, sometimes the stars truly do align, haha. The self check out line wasn't crazy and I was back on the road in no time. I arrived at approximately 6:45 p.m. and called the store because I was unfamiliar with the curbside pickup process and wanted to make sure I was parked in the correct location. After explaining exactly where I was parked, the customer service representative assured me I was in the correct spot and told me someone would be outside shortly with my groceries. After waiting more than 10 minutes, no one arrived. I called the store a second time and was then informed that I had been parked in the wrong location the entire time. The delay was caused solely by the inaccurate information provided by your employee. When an employee finally came outside, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was treated with aggression, disrespect, and hostility. I was threatened with having the police called on me even though I was simply trying to receive the groceries I had already paid for. The employee handled my groceries in a careless and reckless manner by throwing them into my vehicle. Their actions appeared to show a complete disregard for my property, attempted to damage my vehicle through their reckless conduct. No customer should ever be treated in such an intimidating and disrespectful manner. What should have been a simple curbside pickup became a hostile and humiliating experience because of your employees' conduct. As a first-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unacceptable treatment I received. This is the first time I visited the Super Target in Milton. It's a very large store with a wide…read morevariety of merchandise. When I entered the store, I asked the greeter, who was sanitizing carts, where to find Glade air fresheners. She pointed out the general area, and I began my search. I noticed that they had marked down their holiday merchandise, so I decided to look. I selected a few items and then searched for a price scanner. All of the items were 90% off, which was a great deal. I then had to find the Glade air fresheners. I used the Target App to identify the exact product I was seeking. When you tap on the name of the store, it shows you a map and highlights the exact row where the item is found. I saw an employee stocking shelves, and I asked him where the specific section was located within the store. He walked me towards the center of the store and pointed out the letter and number system. He directed me where to find the D aisles and sent me on my way. While this store is not conveniently located to where I live, I would definitely consider returning the next time I'm in the area based upon the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates.

But, I had been camping all weekend - my feet were killing me and I needed a shower, a nap, and to put everything away, and to wash everything. So I am happy my favorite grocery store has delivery service! When I think about it now, using Delivery probably saved me about $100. When I go into the store, I find so much great stuff, that I always spend another $100 on stuff I didn't know I had to have! LOL, which takes me an extra hour anyway.

They've been out of it a few times but fortunately, I've been able to find good substitutions. Store is clean and shelves are organized. The layout flows well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They work quickly and efficiently, too. Even with usually just one cashier, they get people in and out within minutes, all while keeping a positive attitude!
