They're always willing to help, whether it's carrying dog food to my car or answering questions about food and pet care. They deliver up to a certain distance and have a great return policy. We switched our dogs' food and one of them didn't react well to it. By the time we realized it was the food affecting our dog and not something else, the bag was already halfway empty. They took it anyway and issued a refund. They offer a wide variety of pet food, treats, accessories and more, and keep their shelves well stocked. I think three stars is a bit generous, but we will go there if we don't feel like driving to a better pet store.
