Whenever I have trouble getting something off a shelf that is too high for me to get on my own, they always get it down for me as I'm not tall. This place is always so clean and well organized. It is also extremely spacious. I also love how they have beautiful cats and kittens (occasionally) that are available for adoption from the local Buford cat rescue Cat Rangers. I realize staffing is a problem almost everywhere you go, but it still could be improved. We witnessed two store associates get into an argument with each other over going to the bathroom. Every time we go, we have to wait almost ten minutes at the register for someone to come and check us out. I think three stars is a bit generous, but we will go there if we don't feel like driving to a better pet store.

They're always willing to help, whether it's carrying dog food to my car or answering questions about food and pet care. They deliver up to a certain distance and have a great return policy. We switched our dogs' food and one of them didn't react well to it. By the time we realized it was the food affecting our dog and not something else, the bag was already halfway empty. They took it anyway and issued a refund. They offer a wide variety of pet food, treats, accessories and more, and keep their shelves well stocked.
