Purchased a firearms safe from Tractor Supply's Fountain Hills location and have a positive experience. Ordered align with in store pick up. The safe was ready for pick up almost immediately after placing the order, but Tractor Supply allows you 3 days to make the pick up - this flexibility was great as it allowed me to come to the store at my convenience. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The staff used their equipment to help load the safe in my SUV. Was a smooth, easy process. Also, I'm pleased with the product itself. Will definitely come back to Tractor Supply for any future needs. read more

This morning I drove to Tractor Supply specifically to fill a propane tank. The store was opened and not busy. I was told by the clerk to come back this afternoon. When I asked why they couldn't fill it now, she replied "we won't fill it until afternoon ". And I would know this how? There is no mention of this anywhere on their website or in the store. It appears to be a case of laziness and / or incompetence to me. At the very least, it is very poor Customer Service! I won't be going back. read more

The store might be okay but I didn't like the denigration towards Democrats that was openly talked about in the store when I visited today. A worker Jim was having a conversation with a customer in front of us in line today . Jim said we'll you aren't a snowflake or a Democrat or a terrorist are you because you can't come in here ..ha ha ha . More conversation continued and I confronted Jim went He started checking us out . Trying to laugh it off the entire time . I don't need to spend my money in a store where the employees insult people with political affiliations they don't like or agree with . I will never go there again. read more

Friendly hometown store with great selection and service. This is my go to place for everything from propane to dog food. Every yard care product you could ever need. I even get a product PSZ Deodorizer for horse stalls that neutralize the smell of our dog run nicely. There is always something interesting to see and ideas for unique home projects. read more

Absolutely disappointed. I would give 0 stars if possible. First we start at the Tractor Supply in Mesa ( 60 miles from our house) to purchase a trailer. Mind you this is around 6:30. We go out to pick out a trailer and the one we pick he says "oh you can't pick that one, it was returned and we don't have the title", after us being told by the fountain hills location that you CANNOT return trailers we were a little confused. So we went with the only other one we had (which had a broken board), well after 5 minutes of paperwork we hook it up and the trailer brake lights or turn signals aren't working. Well that's a big problem. They tried to get us to leave with it at no discount so we refused and got a refund. As we are processing the refund I called the fountain hills location ( this store ) and ask them if they have this specific trailer still and they said they do, so I told them we will be there by 7:50 and Ryan on the phone said okay. We drive 30 miles to get there and we arrive at 7:48 on the dot so I run inside to get one of the workers and tell them I called about the trailer and he knew I talked to Ryan and I told him we even knew which one we want. As my husband comes inside he was then told by RYAN that he could not do the paper work because it would take TOO LONG and he had CLOSING DUTIES to do, it was 7:55 at this point. Funny how paperwork took 5 minutes at the other location. The nerve to tell a customer that is willing to buy a $1000 trailer and say sorry I have closing duties to do can't do it tonight... RIDICULOUS. Will absolutely be contacting corporate. read more

Great store.. They have everything.. Pet supplies, equine, clothing,boots, lawn and garden, trailers,hardware, truck and trailer dept. Everything under one roof..If you've never been in one..you need to check this store out...even have vet clinics ounce a month. read more

Went to the location on Shea in Fountain Hills for propane. We weren't sure of the protocol for obtaining fuel, and pulled through the fence gate the employee opened. The employee put his hands up in a gesture and asked what we were doing, and we could blow everyone up. Having worked around forklifts and tractor trailers, his reaction was exaggerated from where we stopped, unless they had major tank leakage. If that was remotely the case, it should have been corrected. Must have been a bad day. He could have been much nicer and told us where to stop, or a little more creative, they could have it marked on the pavement with signage, so people would know what their protocol is. First and last time we'll be going there. Home Depot will continue to get our business. Too bad! Looks like a nice place. read more

Call them back again, and the gentleman and a different gentleman this time told me oh I think we have a 10 foot one. I asked do you or do you think you do.
