Lake city tractor supply is the worst store to buy from. In the past 6 months I have bought over $50,000 of fence from Tractor supply. On their web page it says save 5% when you buy Bulk of 10 or more rolls. I ask if they will price match Gainesville Tractor Supply? They say yes no problem. So I proceed to buy 25 rolls. When we ask about bulk, manager says oh no! We are not going to give bulk savings with price match. I canceled my order! I will never go back to this store. I have got treated bad several times at this tractor supply. I might just go back to Royal King! read more

Couple of reviews for this location. I've never experienced any issues here. I have gone to several TSCs for years buying cat and dog food. The savings is tremendous. I always walk out with a bunch of other items to use around the house. Today it was carwash supplies. A little pricey, but no big deal. I just like to walk around and take a look at all the cool stuff they have in stock. read more

I had never been in one of these stores before, and I never will again, based on this experience. I was passing through the rea, in my way to Jacksonville. I bought some items there and the cashier made such a big deal about getting into the 'club', for which I was adamant that I wanted no part. Nope, that wasn't an option. So after giving info I didn't want to give (whatever happened to just buying something and leaving?), I was at my destination when I realized they'd left an item out of the bag. Make sure if hadn't fallen out in the rental car, I called the store. Yep, they said, it's still at the counter (NO apologizes for this, by the way). I asked if I could get a refund as they confirmed I bought it but never got into the bag. No, they said, I had to come back. I wasn't going to be coming through there again when they were open that night and explained that we agreed they'd charged me but didn't give it to me. So, why couldn't they refund the money? I then talked to a wholly inept manager named Joe (no last name) who said the same thing. Can't refund from afar, too bad, no apologies again. It was a seven-dollar item but the amount isn't the point. Once I got back home, I called a local tractor supply and explained the situation. They confirmed that YES, is that had happened there, they'd have refunded the money. They're far too focused on getting your information to actually give you what you paid for, and couldn't care less when you find that out. The last straw was when I told Joe I was going to leave them a "doozy" of a feedback response to their survey, he didn't seem the least bit concerned. I was asked on their survey if I wanted a call back. YES, I responded, please. Almost a month later, nobody's called yet. It appears Joe isn't the only person who couldn't care less about a customer experience. Never again. I wouldn't set foot in a Tractor Supply store on a dare after this experience. read more

Second visit was horrible just as it was my initial vist. No one was at the service counter. My merchandise was just sitting on the counter. Anyone could have picked it up. I called before arriving. There was no greeting or name. The female answered the phone "What are you looking ?" I had to ask if this was Tractor Supply. I will never do business with this store. Will travel to Gainesville from now on. My first visit, my order was modified. Didn't find out until I arrived. Told them no big deal. I wasn't angry about it. One of the girls at the service desk stated good because she would get just as angry in response. The 2nd employee also stated she could get angry just as much as the other employee. Good to know that you have no respect for their customers. They acted as though I was inconveniencing them with my order. read more

I ordered a gift card online 4 days before Christmas to be picked up at this store, as of this date 12-30-16 the recipient of the gift still has not received a confirmation email. On 12-28-16 I called customer service to cancel the online order, they told me orders can only be canceled 59 minutes after submitting. The rep then put me on hold to call this store to confirm the order with the manager of this store, she then told me the recipient could pick up the gift at this store. I told the recipient that they could pick up their gift card at this store, today 12-30-16 they went to this store to pick up their gift card. After a 30 minute wait for the manager to figure out how to complete this order, he told them he could not help them without a email confirmation. This has been the worst online experience I have ever had, I for one will never use tractor supply's online store again. read more
