The store has a lot of specialty items you don't see at all the chain stores and they're fairly priced. The staff is knowledgeable about what they sell and are very helpful. There was someone giving samples of "milk and cookies" out that our pup tried and loved. If you're looking for unique items or everyday stuff, they have it all.

I would have never thought of going to Agway for dog and cat items since I associated them with agriculture, but they have quite a selection of everything! The staff there are super helpful and had plenty of insight to questions I asked. There are aisles of dog and cat items, and it's all high quality (at awesome prices). I try to patronize small businesses and its even easier to do when their prices also come up cheaper than Amazon and the big pet stores. My Lab puppy is happy, my Husband is happy with their wallaby licorice selection, and I love the gardening and outdoor stuff.

The prices were very reasonable, and their selection of cat and dog items is amazing! Though I went for bird food, I did look around at their other items, as we do have a lot of cats. You walk in the door and you seem to be able to ask them anything. They find it for you. You can buy any qty it seems. For example 1 bolt or screw. We get water softener salt and they always load it for you. When your a home owner that is not really handy the service means the world. I always try there first. I have had them order things for me also and have in some cases better prices than the super big stores. This is the kind of business that needs to be supported.

I was unhappy with my firewood purchase and delivery - was for a half cord…read more The wood I received was not worth the very high price; I thought I would have been receiving better quality wood for the price I was paying 70% of the wood was good and nice enough - 20% of the wood was not, it was scraps and sticks, very small pieces - the rest was garbage or rotten I filled a 55 gallon can with sawdust, that ended up being so heavy I could hardly get it to the curb - I filled another 33 gallon can with the rest, which is chunks about the size of baseballs I haven't thrown them out, I can't really use it in my fireplace?, but I might find a use for them somewhere - might have to buy a fire pit to burn it. But what a mess to clean up, and I paid through the nose for it Im really hoping that the situation is not where they scooped up a bunch of junk with a front end loader and then weighed the truck for the half cord. Because i ended up throwing *at least* a hundred of pounds of my money in the garbage. I don't recommend them for firewood for a fireplace, I guess if you want to pay a premium price for a bunch of scrap and sawdust and can use it, they are fine Everyone was very nice, the delivery was prompt. There was a discount for cash that no one told me about - I ended up paying like 15 dollars more because no one had change. My hope was that the high price would have meant better quality and convenience. But sadly no...so, yea, it's back to Craigslist for firewood for me then
