I'm seeing these bad reviews, and I don't get it? I'm really not sure exactly what people are expecting from a store called Tractor Supply... The ambience, if you want calm it that, is farm kitsch. Lots of whimsical, down-home, fam and ranch decor, but more importantly they have everything you need! Gotta fix your car, home, ranch, cattle fence? They got you covered! I went in for a cattle panel to create an arbor for growing vines, got exactly what I needed and at a great price too! read more

I needed a metal small size aluminum garbage can 6 gallon (Made in USA) to stop critters getting into our pets dry food, instead of ordering & waiting for delivery, I went in person 50 miles to go in store & pick it up, the item. Staff was friendly & store was very organized and clean. Lots of unique farm & hardware items, that you would never find at big box stores, or not readily availability online. They have great un advertise sales / clearance racks.even Western clothing. read more

I was in search of materials to build a raised garden bed, or purchase one already made. A neighbor recommended we stopped by and see if they had what I was looking for. This location is large and has great selection and ok prices. Unfortunately, I did not find what I was looking for but did notice so many garden decorations and other items for different projects within our yard/property. I wasn't lucky today but will definitely be returning for our next garden project! read more

Purchased a grill online. Took the afternoon off from work and drove (one way) 30 miles (45 minutes) to pick it up......they didn't have it! What they sold me - which was not advertised - was a rusty and dirty floor model. They were supposed to call me and let me know, but they didn't. In fact, the employee I spoke with - who yes, was apologetic - said that this has happened before. So I lost a half-day of pay, an afternoon of time, and fuel for nothing because they do not advertise correctly (honestly?) and someone (or more than one) isn't doing their job. I try to shop local but with experiences like these, it makes Amazon all that more appealing. read more

Kinney was the cashier, didn't have to wait in line, he had great customer service and friendly. Joel greeted me and asked what I was looking for, he went in the back and got a 50pound of feed for me and also three bags of bird seed and put it in my cart, that was very nice of him. After checking out he was at the register and pushed my cart out to my car and loaded everything in my car for me. I really appreciated it and love this store and everyone is so nice and helpful! read more

Although I do see some bad reviews about this place I was happy to go in here and get propane gas for my grill refilled for $3.49 a gallon. You get better bang for your buck to get your tank refilled instead of exchanging it. When you exchange it you pay about $20.00 per tank and tax. Those tanks are about 75% filled from what I learned. So if you don't mind waiting for them to be filled it's a deal. Staff was good and friendly. I will be going for my propane here from now on. read more

Everyone in the store is very concerned about doing their job but absolutely no one cares about the customer experience, was told I would need to wait at least a half an hour while the guy unloaded a truck before they could get me two bags of grass seed ,store had plenty of help anyone of them could've walked out and got the two bags or maybe help the guy unloading the truck but I'm pretty sure if you asked any of them it wasn't their job. Home Depot and Lowe's is an equal distance from my house. Just took a wrong turn today. read more

I don't live anywhere near a Tractor Supply Store. But... I gladly drive the 100 mile round trip to shop here. They have literally everything. The reason I do the Hundred Mile round trip is to get food for my puppy... and his toys... yeah I could get food and squeaky toys and Bones from any place... but my puppy likes 4Health... and I can only get that from Tractor... and I don't want to order it online... This stores hit or miss. Most of the time it's picked over when it comes to horse feed and supplies. Sometimes they have what I need, other times they don't. It gets frustrating. read more

Great experience! I stopped in earlier this afternoon to get some pine pellets for my kittens litter box. The store is a nice size although I was expecting something larger and secluded seeing as the type of store it is. I didn't expect it to be in a plaza. The staff was super nice. A young lady at the register greeted us upon entering. They had signage hanging from the ceiling that made everything that I was looking for easy to identify. I am happy with my experience at this location today. Hopefully I can find one that is a little closer to home. Luckily for me, with this 40lbs bag I won't need to come back for awhile should I have to make that drive. read more

Placed an order online for a generator during Florida's tax free week. Received an email 2 days later the product was canceled. Contacted customer service and they said the product wasn't available. They told me to keep checking online in which it doesn't exist anymore. Seems to be a customer service and product supply issue. read more

Okeechobee Blvd. Loxahatchee. Store #2019. We did Curbside pick up. First call at 11:46 on hold for 10 min. Hung up called back 12:06. Told me they'd be right out. 10 More minutes called back and asked if I should just come in. She said to "Just Come In". 8 Minutes on that line. 9 Minutes to get someone to get the Item.18 minutes later after I asked for a refund, they told me they just dropped it off to my wife who was waiting in the car. This was a$12.49 bag of chopped straw. We used curbside pick up to be safe and expedite the order, That did not happen. We went to pick up a Kohl's order next. It took less than 3 minutes, start to finish. I also would like to add that I counted at least 20 employees working in that Tractor Supply Store. read more

We needed 50 bags of Lime and tried to order online (Tuesday June 30) to pick up 3 days later (Friday July 3). The site would not let an online order be put through so we called the store. We wanted to order over the phone but we were told that could only be done online or in person. So I went into the store. I spoke with the Manager, Sean. Although I was told to come in and order, by a worker (who was not the manager), Sean said I couldn't pre-order more than 48 hours ahead. (That was not stated when we had called earlier). He took my name and number, said he would hold all the Lime bags he had, and I could call Friday Morning. At that time he could tell us exactly how many bags there were and they would then have the bags on a pallet and clear wrapped for pick up. I called at 8:00am and Sean answered. He told us how many bags there were and that they were wrapped and ready for pick up. Well we got there and NOPE! Not wrapped and not ready as we were told. All our efforts to pre-order and have the lime ready to go, as we had people ready and waiting to help put it down, was simply a waste of time! Very disappointing. read more

Great to have a local all around farm supply store that has excellent prices with quantity discounts. Previously we drove to Clewiston several times a year for staples that would have cost us several hundred dollars more to purchase locally. Most happy we don't have to make that long drive any longer, though having lunch by Lake Okeechobee will be missed. read more
