Inside, this place is so cohesive and "put together". That the whole time I was there I never picked up on the fact that it is actually comprised of over 100 different vendors. The place just flowed so smoothly and so beautifully. It's huge, so it flowed for over 12,000 square feet. I saw everything from home decor, bath & body products, jewelry, clothing, a place to customize olive oils, candies, nuts, and more! Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention the Manager and staff who were all very welcoming and helpful. What a great experience!

In the middle of Mineral Wells is a darling shop that everyone needs to browse through. They use…read moreantiques to decorate with, and the decorations are beyond creative and lovely. Bathrooms are filled with children's cuteness. There are multiple levels so be sure and go upstairs - for me that was where the magic really is. There are so many rooms upstairs it almost feels like a maze. But a maze you want to go through. The staff was very pleasant while I was in there, and while there was only a few people working, they mange's the large store well.

On a recent business trip to Mineral Wells, I stopped by Boot Barn--something I hadn't planned on. A coworker mentioned it was a great place to find jeans, and since I've recently lost 20 lbs, I figured why not check it out? As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Monica. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her jeans. She immediately helped me figure out sizing and walked me through the different Ariat styles (M2, M5, M7). Fashion isn't really my thing, so I really appreciated how patient she was in explaining the differences and guiding me without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how genuine she was. We even shared a little conversation about weight loss and personal success stories--it felt more like chatting with a friend than just shopping. The store itself was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. After trying on several pairs, I finally found the perfect fit. I hadn't realized jeans could vary so much, but thanks to Monica, I walked out with exactly what I needed. This was an unexpected stop that turned into a great experience. Monica truly went above and beyond with her customer service, and I'd like to give her a big shoutout. I highly recommend visiting this Boot Barn--and if you do, ask for Monica. She'll take great care of you!

When you walk in the door you are offered a sample of coffee or tea. Then you immerse yourself in shopping for some of the best looking sweet treats and other great kitchen Knick Knacks. My wife has recently started drinking leaf tea. They had the perfect cup (see picture below). I couldn't resist taking home some lemon bars, chocolate cupcakes with chocolate cream cheese frosting, and snickerdoodle's. Not all of the snickerdoodle's made it home . I cannot begin to describe the snickerdoodle. Most are a glorified sugar cookie with cinnamon. Not these. The cinnamon has a different flavor than most. Not super strong. The cookie itself reminds me of a gingerbread cookie in color only. The texture is akin to a Teacake cookie. And the cookie is not as sweet as most snickerdoodle's. I want more. I can't wait to try the other sweets. All I have to say is it's a good thing I don't live close. Thank you for the hospitality and for making such a delicious cookie. UPDATE: The chicken salad was so good. Loved the crunch of the finely chopped onions and celery. The pimentos added a nice touch. The chicken had some chunks that added to the texture of the salad. Spices were used sparingly. I couldn't single out the taste of an individual spice. To me that's just right. Then I couldn't tell if it was mayonnaise or yogurt used to blend the flavors. Oh and I was told they used egg. Overall it is a fantastic salad, though, my wife wouldn't touch it. Didn't have her grapes and nuts. The cupcake was very good. The cake was like a real chocolate cake. Not as spongy as most cupcakes. Soft and moist. The frosting is a chocolate cream cheese frosting. Not what I was expecting. I was expecting something akin to the icing on an Italian Cream Cheese cake with a more noticeable cream cheese taste flavored with cocoa. Don't get me wrong. It was good .... just wasn't what I was expecting. Kind of like picking up your tea glass only to find it's filled with soda. One more to go. There was a great selection of jeans, shirts, and boots. They had sizes for toddlers to adults, men's, women's, boys, and girls. The woman working was very welcoming and was good about checking in with her customers regularly to see if any of us needed assistance. Great experience, I would definitely shop here again!
