The first time I took my dog with me the cashier gave my small dog a TON of large treats at checkout. While I understand this is a nice perk, it was way too many and I wish she would have asked permission before giving her more than one. Another time the cashier acted like I was mean when I told her my dog could only have one treat. I spoil my dog at home but I don't know what treats they use so I didn't want her to go overboard. But the straw that broke the camels back was when I returned something and the computer messed up and the cashier didn't give me the correct amount back. He didn't understand when I tried to explain to him so I had to ask for the manager. When she didn't understand (and seemed to be accusing me of being wrong) she got the head manager. He finally understood and issued the correct refund. But the damage was done. It took too long and too many employees to fix a simple problem. And the customer service from the front line employees was not good. Computer problem or not, a smile and an apology would have gone a long way. The only reason I give this store 2 stars instead of 1 is they have a large selection of chew toys, which is hard to find in Weatherford. Too bad for them that I will be spending my money elsewhere.

I was consulting with my vet on some livestock feed and bc they have a metal building I lost service. I asked if they could please provide me with the WiFi so I could decide which food was best and the lady responded that WiFi isn't for customers and that I could use the phone at the store to call him. My vet is a busy man and I didn't want to disturb him with a call and wanted to make it an easy text especially since it is Sunday. I ended up having to set my other items down several times to step outside to get service. Not good customer service. I intended to be in and out in 5 minutes. But ended up having to stay way longer to get the messages thru and get my stuff. Next time I'll stick to Fort Worth location. No one is trying to steal your internet guys. What really sucks is we paid waaaaay too much for this animal and when I just called to see if we could return it after a 72 hours of headache we were told they don't allow returns on their animals. We were never notified of this upon purchase. We would have been more cautious if so. The best we can do now is notify everyone else that looks up this establishment on yelp that their training program needs major improvement if hey're going to let high school kids run the show. I'm all about kids working but arm them with good training. Train them to for warn customers when a product is nonreturnable. Don't just depend on the customer to see a random note on a wall alongside a bunch of other papers and advertisements. We're going back to Red Chain and TSC for all of our bovine, goat and poultry needs. I suggest you do the same. 350 bucks in the trash. And that's if my wife hasn't contracted some disease from the bites.
