This Tractor Supply in Monroe has become my go-to! The Monroe and Kent locations are the two closest to me, but I find myself picking this location every time. It's a huge store with a massive parking lot and they always seem to have what I'm looking for in stock. I regularly pick up the large bags of pine pellets here, and they're a great value. I'm also usually in and out within just a few minutes, which I really appreciate. The employees have always been so kind and helpful. They have offered to help me carry the large heavy bag of pellets out before, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And when they have the little chicks in, I always have to take a peek! Tractor Supply is pretty darn solid! They have a nice big parking lot (can easily bring a trailer without being too much of a nuisance when it isn't super busy). I come here regularly to pick up poultry feed and straw bedding, and usually everything's in stock (they had a straw shortage during COVID, but can't really fault them on that). I like that their compressed straw is wrapped in plastic - it's a bit wasteful, but it's cleaner to transport and store at home - it usually takes me a month to go through a whole bale, so it's helpful that it stores dry without me having to build a specific straw shed or something. For heavy/bulky stuff (like straw bales and 50lb bags of feed), they have an open cart, which is nice - so you don't have to load stuff in and out of a normal cart. That's nice. Usually, there are enough cashiers to make things move pretty quickly - usually there are only 1 or 2 people in line ahead of me. I've used their online ordering, and it was... awkward - I had to wait around forever for an associate at the pick up desk... might as well have just shopped normally that time. It did seem like they were short staffed. Overall, Tractor Supply has some specialty items that other stores don't have. However, there are more pleasant places to shop that I tend to prefer to go to (Snohomish & Monroe Co-Op). Outside of commodity stuff (feed, etc), I don't like that they don't sell high quality stuff - it's mostly cheap stuff and maybe some national brands. So, I don't really go here for much - unless they have something I can't find elsewhere. read more

I had a two dollar off coupon from my records. I could not remember the phone number it was under because the gentleman could not scan it. He said they run into their problems sometimes. He was very helpful but I could not say that for the manager. Then when I gave the manager feedback on how I was treated, he said he did the best he could and he didn't. Because he didn't do anything to try to help; the employee did! I ran into this issue before and The cashier from a different store manually put the discount code in! They could have done the same. Instead, the manager Adam was an arrogant jerk. If this allowed for a negative rating, I would give this manager a -10. However, I would get the cashier a 10+. read more

They have the goods and good prices. The only reason they get low stars is they ran my credit and gave me a credit card... all the while saying they signed me up for their membership program. I asked 2 times to confirm this won't affect my credit score as the last took all the details you need to run credit check (SSN, detailed address etc.). When I asked twice, both times she was like "oh we just need this info to set you up". And after she tells me I can get a credit of upto xxx for whenever I want to pay in installments.. Umm I just wanted to checkout. I didn't need their membership nor did I want their credit card. 2 weeks later, I get report from my credit company saying I lost over 12 points for a credit run. And I've been waiting to buy some large ticket items with new credit and now I am paying 2000$ more due increased interest rate. Do not sign up for their membership as they will give 10% discount if u ask without signing up. I should be more careful when older cashiers tell me to do something.. there is a reason why they doing that job in their 40s+ (maybe rude but I am hoping someone else won't get screwed). read more

Ordered something for same day delivery as promised on their website that was oversized and over $250. After 6pm and no delivery, I called. They said their 3rd party delivery service sent a driver in a mini Cooper to deliver it, and obviously whatever you're buying from tractor supply to be delivered isn't gonna fit. They never called to inform us of the mishap. I had to call back several times as they said they were calling their 3rd party delivery service for updates. They promised to call to inform us of updates. None came. This delivery was critical for an install. They are now closed, no updates. Phenomenal waste of my time and my workers time. Don't try to buy anything for the same day delivery. So disappointed. read more

Over all I like this company because of the variety of items they carry. However, I purchased the below runs. At first they were $349.99 and I was hoping they'd go on sale as I had seen them on sale once before. This was last fall. Nope, the price raised to $399.99. So I still waited to see if they'd go on sale and they did at $349.99. I bought four runs. We brought our trailer, the guy at TSC loaded them onto the trailer and we noticed several panels were broke, called TSC and they replaced them. We set up two right away and than noticed one of the replacement panels has bent/broken wire. It's been a few months since we bought them and in between time the runs are now $449.99. Looking back, I wish I had bought the runs from TKN.... which at some point I will to replace these. I do like the gate closures. read more

I recently dropped by Tractor Supply in Monroe to pick up dog food and a couple toys. When entering the store I secured my Ray Bans on my shirt collar for safe keeping. I shopped for approx 15 minutes when I noticed my glasses were no longer hanging from my shirt. With the help from a couple employees, we searched for about 10 minutes to no avail. I was definitely convinced that someone had picked them up and walked away. There were a few people in the store, so I couldn't imagine how quickly they disappeared, after all I only walked down 3 aisles! I left my name and number with little hope that they would be returned. I later called the store that evening to ask if they would review camera footage to possibly help locate them. They decline, however much to my surprise I received a call the next evening from Tractor Supply stating they had located my glasses! Thank you Tractor Supply Monroe! I bought a snowblower from this place and the next day I fired it up to test it out and it had engine issues. When I called the store for help they said they could not help me and it was my problem now, despite having a warranty. I had great customer service up to the sale, but after it was almost non-existent. My advice if you buy something from here test it in the store before you bring it home. Do not trust employees when they say an item is available. They do not know what they are talking about. Maybe it's not her fault, maybe she needed better training, but ultimately, she was responsible for the lack of quality customer service and experience. If you are far from this location, you will have better luck shopping on Amazon, Chewy.com (highly suggest) or local Issaquah's The Grange OR Bothell's Feed Store by Thrashers Corner. Don't waste your time even calling here and asking because they'll simply tell you it's there when it's not. Instead of spending around $20, I had to spend over $300 for an emergency vet to give me what I could've bought for $20 trusting it was in the store. It was a complete waste of time (because I could've gone straight to the ER if I wasn't already driving to Monroe, and the only option for an ER appointment was hours later), money I barely have, and resources I can't exhaust. In hindsight, I'm thankful it wasn't a life or death situation (even though who would go to a feed store for life or death?) and my dog won't lose any body parts due to infection or otherwise. Lastly, gotta mention the Eli was laughing about the turmoil she caused for my dog and I when I mentioned it was already a long trek to reach Monroe after she looked at other FARTHER stores (Silverdale & Kent) for the item she said was there in Monroe. She didn't even bother to apologize for the trouble or hold herself accountable. I'm only grateful to AES assisting with our emergency and that my dog will be back to normal in a week's time wearing the cone of shame. read more

Very nice store and well stocked! The staff had experience and it showed. Drove to Arlington Tractor and Supply and do not bother. It does not do customers good just placing a body in to ring someone up. Placed an order online on 10/21/20. Knowing they automatically cancel orders, if not picked up in 2 days, we called and were promised they would hold it for an extra day. So here I am, 10/24/20, and they said sorry, it was canceled. One guy said they had item in stock, not to worry, then the boss said nope, we're out. We were instantly greeted by Kiersten (hope I get these names right) who gave our pup a little love. I asked about vaccinations and she walked me over to Schad who was so patient with me as I walked through our pup's history of vaccinations. He was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We checked out with Kirsten who was friendly and thoughtfully gave our pup a treat. I should mention I called the day before and she was so helpful over the phone. Was so excited to go to store where I could take my puppy for the first time since COVID started, he is 7 months old. He peed as soon as we walked in and then before I noticed he peed a few feet away. I stopped, had my daughter take him outside in case he had to pee more and asked the cashier for paper towels to clean it up. I wiped up both spots and even had a really nice girl that worked there help. She said it was no problem and I gave the paper towels back to the cashier and started shopping. One woman who worked there asked me if I had something in my cart because she thought something was leaking. When I told her I only had my purse she threw up her hands and walked away, I continued to shop and she came back to tell me my dog peed and left a big puddle. I told her that yes he had peed and that we cleaned it up with a worker there. She then threw her hands in the air and walked away. We walked 3 aisles over and another employee came up to us and said my dog left a huge puddle, when I explained that he had and we cleaned it up she said he did it again . I told her no he didn't and she then told me "if he is going to pee in the store don't bring him here." I told her he is a puppy and I cleaned up after him already. She then told me again to not bring him. I had enough and left. I had high hopes and had so many things I wanted to buy but I put my purchases back and left. I understand not letting your dog pee inside but accidents happen and I cleaned up after my pups accident. The cashier I got paper towels from and the other girl who worked there were super nice and helpful but I will never go back to a place that I was treated so rudely. I don't want to be a "Karen" but for a pet friendly store they are FAR from it. It's a shame because I had been told really great things about the stores and their products. I was willing to travel for good products (over 30 miles) but I wouldn't go there if my life depended on it. read more
