When you are sitting waiting to be loaded and the truck driver waiting to be unloaded and no one to help him he is mad and saying he can't believe he is here waving and no help this store has gone down hill please bring Jenny back .. there is never product and he I sit with the truck drive waiting still .. this is beyond sad . Beautiful new store in Santa Clarita. Very neat and well organized. The employees were very hospitable. The prices seemed pretty reasonable from what I saw. I came here to make use of the pup bath and grooming section located in the back of the store. I love how everything I needed was in reach... down to the clippers, comb, and brushes. There were several selections of shampoos. The only complaint that I have is the shampoo and conditioner bottles were either almost empty or completely empty. They were about a liter each. I looked in the cabinet where the supplies and towels were kept and the bottles underneath were empty too. I asked an employee and she quickly looked in the back but returned empty handed. She said they have been meaning to order more. I do not know how busy this part of the store is but there is no other place in Canyon Country where I can bring my dogs to get bathed other than on the other side of town so I would think that they would keep the supplies stocked for the customers. Other than that, I really have no complaints. I would definitely go back but I would check first to see if they had shampoo and/or conditioner or I will just bring my own. read more

They were polite, helpful and geniuinely concerned about finding the right products for my horses. In today's age of disgruntled employees,there wasn't one to be found in the entire store. read more

If you don't absolutely love this store, and the exemplary level of service they provide, you should probably think about maybe finding out what is wrong inside of you.... I've never felt anything other than welcome here, and the floor personnel never act like I've inconvenienced them by asking for help, unlike the other 2 large home improvement stores in the area! I ordered a galvanized tub and was notified my order was ready for pickup. I drove from Glendale to Moorpark to pick up the tub. When arrived I was told it had been given to another customer. No call, no email, no text. How is an item sold to someone else when my name is on it and paid in full. read more

We called the store and talked to someone about ordering a coop heater. She answered my questions and told me to order online. When we received the heater, the box was torn so badly that the UPS driver asked if we wanted to keep it. My husband looked it over and kept it. After the driver left we discovered the legs were not in the box. I called the store and the girl told me to call the manufacturer. Really? I didn't buy it from the manufacturer, I bought it from Tractor Supply. My lesson was that they don't stand behind their items. Then I got an email from them asking for a review. I wrote that review several times, in multiple windows, but I could never send it. I tried to go on their site to write a review and it wouldn't send either. Bottom line, I bought the right item, I just bought it from the wrong store. They were all about selling it to me, but not interested once I had an issue. KM read more

Today I had the unfortunate luck of delivering a semi truck load to this particular store. The receiving clerk "Steve" was as about as helpful as tits on a boar hog. Instead of helping to keep things moving Steve decided that his time was better spent talking on the cellphone. This is a store not a warehouse. There were customers waiting alongside me for Steve to load their vehicles with the merchandise they had purchased from Tractor Supply Store #2127 in Moorpark, Ca but again Steve's personal business was much more important. When I went inside to complain to the manager he told me "I'm busy with a customer go wait out back for me." About 30 minutes later the "manager" & Steve approached my semi and the "manager" informed me he "was going to make sure that I was not allowed back on Tractor Supply Store property." Really.......really? That's your answer to the problem. Here's a suggestion Mr. TSS manager, do your job. Instruct your employees to help the customers instead of talking on cellphones. I would give you a BIG FAT ZERO if it were an option. But I would like to take a minute to recognizing the young man on the forklift who was doing his best to help everyone out. Unfortunately I was too focused on Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum that I didn't get your name but you rock dude! Your attitude was positive and you were doing your best under a stressful situation and you did awesome. Dumb and Dumber could take a lesson from you on customer service, respect and basic human decency. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll be managing that store in no time. UPDATE: It was really bothering me that I couldn't remember his name so I did a little investigating and found out that it was Andrew or Drew for short. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Andrew helped my wife and I purchase 6 beautiful baby bantam chicks. He was very informative and filled my cart with all that we would need including the heat lamps, food and bedding. All the associates we met were pleasant, informed and organized. The girl feeding the chicks was knowledgeable and funny. Andrew told us about his life around livestalk and helped reinforce our idea of raising our son around these chickens teaching responsibility and respect for life. This team made our trip pleasant and as a result all of our purchases going forward regarding our chickens will be at the tractor supply store in moorpark. read more

They ran out of gift cards! Right now... told me they just sold the last one! It's Christmas Eve... how does a company run out of gift cards? I did find a cool toy for my nephew and it was on sale..but I really wanted to give my dad a gift card from here. So disappointed. (And listening to employees stand around bitching about a rude customer in front of me was a little uncomfortable.) Really nice store, though I was really disappointed and surprised to find they had very little in the way of soil. The ones they had all contained pesticides which I didn't need, but even dirt as a whole was near nonexistent. read more

Their affordable vaccine clinic is not affordable. The sign out front is very misleading. You will pay a minimum of 75/dog. For affordable vaccines go to Caring Hands on Avenida De Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks. Yes I had spoken to the store employees about their misleading sign :( read more

An interesting new store in a Moorpark strip mall, with a much broader range of products than its name suggests. We went there looking for barbed wire, and they had it-- as well as other fencing and hardware items, tractor parts, flannel shirts, boots, outdoor clothing, pet supplies, garden tools and supplies and lots of other things I didn't notice. On my last trip there, I noticed that they sell propane. I hate the U Haul that I go to to fill my cylinders (bar b q, griddle, camp trailer) so I figured to give TS a shot. Walk in, greeted, asked about propane. "Put them over by the tall green gate outside, I'll call it in" Took 3 cylinders to the gate. Saw a sign "Propane re-fill $2.79/Gallon" Sweet! That's almost a buck cheaper than U-Haul. Waited. Waited. Waited. Looked at my watch. 11:35 AM. Heard the clerk call for propane 3 or 4 times. Waited. Attendant arrived. Helped her move the cylinders inside the gate. Checked for dates. "Okay, wait inside, I'll call in the amount." Checked watch- 11:45 AM. Went in store. Perused the chainsaw aisle. Looked around more. Didn't want to stray too far from the front counter, and get my order "lost". Finally saw the person who took the cylinders approach the counter. She took care of the two customers in line, and then looked at me and said "You had the propane, right?" Yessss! She rang me up -12 plus gallons of propane, a can of fuel system cleaner, and a can of PB Blaster. Outside, I picked up my cylinders and loaded them on the truck. Checked watch- 12:05 PM. I spent about 45 minutes there to get the propane. Trade off was saved over $10.00 vs U-Haul. Price is great, but beware if you are in a hurry. read more

Trying to get a Father's Day Smoker off their sale flyer. We went in before Father's Day only to find them sold out. Tried to get them to rain check the deal and get one in, the answer from the sales person was NO! I called the next day giving them one more chance before I shopped at Lowes and asked the manager even, and the answer was NO! Unacceptable! Poor customer service and they have lost my $$$hundreds a month I spend on horse feed and supplies for my 12 horses!!! Their loss. Attention corporate teach your sales staff how to make sales and keep customers happy!! read more

I started coming to tractor supply in May and i always get stuck with the same rude cashier KAT. The other day i was in line and infront of us was a man with his kids (he didnt speak english so his son was translating for him) and she began to be rude and belittle him saying in the rudest way "oh you dont speak english" mind you the little boy was perfectly fine helping his dad and she treated them like they couldnt comprehend being checked out. Another man with broken english was asking about the price because he saw a different price on the item and oh my gosh that was even ruder that the man just walked out. On my visits I've paid for things that werent in my cart (had to go back to get a refund) and the last time someone else helped with an exchange and they gave me my reciept and said "sign this one and this stapled one is your receipt" so we went back to get a refund because we ended up not needing the items and the whole time she was being rude and talking to us like we were stupid saying that wasnt the right receipt and to look for the right one and saying " DO YOU UNDERSTAND" in the rudest way, made us go get our IDs for it only to not be use. And at the end she faked being nice like if how she acted before never happened. We constantly come here but the service isnt good when checking out. read more
