One of the 2 blow dryers works. Watch for sharp edges on the wash tub. I do like the rubber mats in the tub. They need to supply a mop to help dry up the floor or some rubber mats here too. Brush selection is not good. I recommend you bring your own. The spray nozzle is also broken so either you leave it run or shut off the water. So my recommendation to management is to check for necessary repairs and maintenance daily and correct broken equipment. One of the tables also has the trim wrap falling off.

I proceeded with my return and once the refund was issued, they withheld close to $20 for. " handling." I contacted customer service again in an attempt to get the remainder of my refund. Once again, "Elle" told me she was sorry for my experience, but the order was closed out, and there was nothing she could do. If someone orders an item and decides to return it of their own accord, I believe it's reasonable for that person to pay for shipping and handling. However, if someone places an order and the company does not fulfill that order in any way/shape or form, the ethical thing is for the company to offer a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. Based on my experience and their unethical practices, I will never do business with this company again. They are essentially trying to make me pay for a product I never received. Completely unethical and disappointing.
