Only took about an hour and a half and he came out looking FABULOUS and more importantly not traumatized. I will definitely be back before we leave for home.

Such a perfect location, staff and ambience. We use the self wash for our small pet pig and our toy poodle goes to Zara (not sure how to spell her name) to get groomed. She does a beautiful job on our poodle. Even with all the dogs they seem to groom, each time I have been in there it is always clean, well stocked at the self wash stations, clean towels, and friendly faces. I am thankful to have found Dirty Dawg Pet Wash and look forward to each time we go.

I called the number to book an appt for my dogs' grooming and they responded via text message. That is fine but the wording was off and they were saying things that didn't make sense and giving me irrelevant information. I was immediately creeped out and blocked the number. Flagging this for future people. If anyone knows that this is actually a real business, you might want to let them know about this phone scam.

I was in the Conway area for the Thanksgiving holiday and I noticed my dogs were scratching on…read moreTuesday night. I found a couple fleas so I called some places in the morning to see if the two of them could get a groom. I knew it was the day before thanksgiving so it was a longshot, but for their comfort, I figured I'd try. Their normal groomer is on mat leave so it's been longer than usual. I made a few calls with no luck and then called Salty Dog. I told them my situation and they said they couldn't do full grooms but they could give them a flea bath, nail trim, and some light grooming around their pads etc... I called my vet to get proof of vaccinations sent over and went to drop them off asap. They said they would have them for most of the day, but would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I had some holiday errands to run so I went and did that and got them a few hours later. The check in/check out process is all outside because of covid, but it was very simple. The dogs came back clean, fluffy, and most importantly comfortable. They also had cute fall themed accessories on. A bowtie for Finley and a flower for Molly. They also gave me a discount for my first time in. They did a great job and I was so appreciative of them squeezing us in during a busy time.

Ever since Izzi was just a pup...I could easily tell when she was unhappy upon leaving with her where I took her to be groomed. Fortunately, it is obvious to me if she had been mis-treated. After several trial appointments, we found a wonderful, loving groomer in Florida - but now living in South Carolina, it took us a few times, but we found Jen's Ocean Drive Pet Grooming. Reasonable rates with excellent full service performed. The best part.... My Izzi is THRILLED when she sees Marissa. She shows me no signs of fear and she is absolutely beautiful when I pick her up. I can't say enough great things about their service. We have been going here for 1 year.
