He was very patient and courteous. For my boots, I got help from Monty. He was very helpful and really patient with me because we tried on several boots trying to find a good fit for me. I think both Chris and Monty were great and added to my comfort doing business here. I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the store. No one tried pressuring me. No one tried to push me towards any particular brand. They just listened to what I was looking for and did their best to help me get it.

At one point the girlfriend began to walk towards a trash bin near the restrooms to throw away a paper she had from earlier....all of a sudden an older woman employee came up and literally snatched the hat away from her hands!! She then proceeded to make a rude comment and took the hat to the front cash register. My adult children were stunned and then noticed another employee kept following them around the store!!! Upon being told this, I went to the front register but could not find the older woman. I let the girls at the front what had occurred, how appalled I was, and how I wouldn't spend a dime in their store. This was something that my kids and I have never experienced before at any store. Unfortunately, upon searching reviews this appears to happen alot. I wholeheartedly would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I care about. Skip this place...not worth it at all.
