Anchor stores include Staples and Shaws grocery which are not accessible from inside the mall area. Entering the mall on the far right you will encounter a wide hall with a few benches, community bulletin boards and public restrooms. Walk to the end and turn left to enter the mall. Restrooms here need help. Ladies room door is stuck open, neither of the two stalls lock or provide privacy (gaps) and the hand dryer struggles. Definitely in need of attention for safety and privacy sake. They are clean. Entering the mall on the far left gives access to the gym and sporting goods store. Turn right to access the rest of the mall. Center entrance takes you by a long chocolatier shop displaying tasty treats for sale. Other shops inside include a book shop, Panera, science store and Paper store. It's a small area overall. Not one you'd stop in to 'walk the mall'. The shops we browsed are clean and well organized. Inside and outside shopping in this area covers a lot of your daily needs.

When a customer presents a kohls coupon to be applied to their account and the manager decides ( she doesn't agree) she intentionally held up the transaction, because she (Lydia) wants to tell the customer all about how she feels, to include telling the customer, oh you want twenty dollars, do you want me to "go in my purse and grab twenty dollars" in efforts to disrespect and humiliate the customer, she should be relieved from her job. This was All stated in front of the Asst Manager Sara. Sara had to calm Lydia down. Lydia stood behind her assistant manager and proceeded to Antagonize a customer service Nightmare and she is the Manager? When Sara came to finish the transaction, she said "Oh its all done"..So Lydia wanted to keep me their with my credit card in her hand to continue an unhealthy debate..."Wow" I have been a Loyal Kohls customer for 20 years.
